Was my go to pizza place after work... Always got a meat supreme slice with a dipping sauce.... I know how much it is as I get it 2-3 times a week... This man just overcharged me... Never coming back to this place....

Ordered food for pick up. Food was good. And we left. However while waiting for pizza, attendant was not letting anyone use the restroom supposedly because it was after 11 pm and the restroom was closed. There was an argument in the store because patrons wanted to wash their hands to eat their pizza slices and the attendant would not unlock restroom because it was after 11pm. I took my pizzas and left but would never plan to eat in at this location. Pizza Nova needs to review policies and legalities of locking restrooms after 11pm or at least providing hand wipes for patrons eating in.

The customer service here was absolutely incredible. The staff were friendly and literally helped me out with anything and were patient with my order.
Pizza Nova is always the best for pizza and always enjoy a nice pizza on a hot day like Thursday. Plaza with great condiments, atmosphere and art is wonderful. Thanks Pizza Nova

I was very disappointed with this establishment because, as a paying customer, they wouldn't let me use their washroom 2hrs before closing. They said it's their policy to not let customers use their bathrooms after 11 pm. Meanwhile, they kept their dining area open during this time of prohibited use of their washroom facilities. I think it's illegal to have a policy like this when you have a sitting area to eat the restaurants food.

Went in to get a slice of pizza at this location...there was only half a pepperoni pizza left and one slice of another pizza so as I approached the glass a worker from the back brought out a fresh pizza from the oven and put it behind the glass. I said I will have a slice of the fresh pizza, the cashier said no that pizza has to be sold as a whole pizza, it is $20.00 but I will give it to you for $13.00, I said I can't eat a whole large pizza by myself...she was clearly agitated, brushed her hand back and forth would not even look at me and said I can only have a slice from the older pizza already there...it was very confusing...since when do they put a whole pizza for sale under the glass with the other pizza slices...then the worker from the back came up took the pizza and sliced it, put it back for individual slices to be sold then they started conversing in their own language...what kind of business is being run at this location so it is my last time going there, very bizarre and very belittling

I love visiting this location. I literally have no complaints. All employees have been great. Never a miss with my orders. Price is fair. Restroom is clean. There’s nothing else to say. Great Job!
