Ordered delivery, guaranteed delivery time was 40min or free.....pizza arrived 55min later and the driver said they do not give free orders for being late, instead he pays it out of his pocket, he asked me to please not call to request a refund. Very strange business if they make the delivery driver pay for errors. Crappy low end pizza by the way, literally any pizza place would be better

The pizza was bad and the customer service was terrible. The staff member at the counter was rude and made the whole place feel unwelcoming. Not a good look for a franchise that should care about its customers.

Offering free dipping sauce in exchange for a five-star review is a violation of Google’s rules. The pizza slices are small and have about half the amount of cheese that Pizza Pizza usually includes. The lady working there told me she did not make them and that the person in the morning did. She started her shift at 5 PM, which means the slices had been sitting there for about six hours. This is the worst Pizza Pizza location.
