I had such a fantastic time at this location! The large cheese pizza was absolutely amazing, and the customer service from the employees was exceptional. It was easy to find everything I needed. The tables were immaculately clean, and although the floor could have been a little tidier, it didn't detract from my enjoyable experience. I highly recommend this place!

Order pizza, didn’t look at the price, of course International student didn’t charge me for dipping sauce, and I thought i got it, later she said i didn’t order it, I didn’t charge you, i clearly said it, they should hire someone who can understand English properly. Never will come back.

Unfortunately, I ordered a pizza with garlic base sauce, but it was delivered without any sauce and was not prepared properly. As a vegetarian, I was surprised to find chicken pieces in the pizza, the fifth time I have encountered issues with my orders from this pizza establishment.

It’s sad that you guys don’t let delivery drivers to use washrooms. If we are not customers, we are here on behalf of your customers. Your employee working on night shift on July 7th, 2024 (photo attached, copied from other review) was being racist and said he won’t allow me to use washroom and said “Your brothers (Indian guys) don’t clean after use”. He said, “Don’t blame me, blame your brothers”. Why in the world he is targeting a specific community? Is it only Indians doing this? I see many non Indians making much more mess, being drunk and all, why so much hate for Indians? Damn, please tell your employees to treat everyone with respect. Everyone is not same . If he just said NO, it was completely fine because I understand people make mess during night, but he said NO because I am an Indian, and he is a racist. Sweet! Can’t expect anything better from Pizza Pizza ? And my message to this guy, bro, I am an Indian, I don’t eat rats like you, and I am much much much more clean and hygienic than you. Take care :)

Accessibility door button does not work. When telling the staff members under the AODA Accessibility for Ontarins with Disabilities Act law there needs to have a notice of disruption that telling why it is broken what time it will be fix and other options for service. The employee told me he doesn't know and was just told how to make the pizzas.

I was locked out without a phone and my eye glasses, at 9 pm. I came in to pizza pizza to ask to help me to make a phone call, as I live next door. The employee refused! He told me to go to payphone. Then he told me to leave the place. I wish he found himself in the same situation, and no one helped him out. I will never go to pizza pizza again. Mean and heartless people work there.

lol. I asked for a slice of pizza, garlic dip and for the pizza to be warmed up an extra minute. Simple. Not for this location. I had to tell them to reheat it more with the obvious reason the cheese was not melted. Don’t even expect there cut to be right either cause your going to have to cut or rip it yourself. Again, lol.
