I've been coming to this Pizza Pizza location for years, and it's always been a great experience. The staff here are genuinely friendly, efficient, and go out of their way to make you feel welcome every time. It's clear they care about their customers and take pride in what they do. The pizza is exactly what you'd expect - hot, fresh, and satisfying. Highly recommend this spot!

Honestly, not one to leave reviews for pizza pizza, but whoever made our 3 walk-in pizzas tonigjt did an amazing job. Medium well done half sundried tomatoes/feta and pineapple/bacon. Good job guys 🤗

I am not a person usually post negative reviews and doesn’t complain because I have been in the food industry and understand well what’s happening in the background, but this restaurant made me go out of my way and my own comfort just to post this. We were serve with my family with two kids with a raw chicken wings. The lady responded rudely that not their fault because they are just following the fryer time and manager offered a solution to put it back on the fryer and “burn it up for you for 10 minutes”. We would’ve been more understanding but the sarcastic response was extremely un acceptable.
Hair on our pizza and this Indian front cashier girl grabs the hair out of the pizza to compare it to her own hair and tells me it’s not their fault and that it’s not their hair!!!! Even worst she tries to convince me that there’s nothing wrong with eating it by just skipping that slice because that’s what she would do!!! This is beyond disgusting not sure why these people have a problem following Canadian standard rules the least!!! Avoid this location at all cost!!! Disgusting

It says open till 2 am , sorry but you guys need to update the working hours on google maps

Tried to order the TBJ pizza 7 times on 7 different occasions now and everytime I get told after paying for it that they "don't have the ingredients to make it" even though if you order the TbJ chicken sandwich they'll put all the ingredients on it. They also close early every day, despite google and the sign at the store displaying a later close time. The staff are very inattentive and the customer service is lackluster.
