One of the best Pizza Pizza locations in the city. Wonderful staff who actually take the time to talk to you. Clean space. Always carry nationwide promotions. Can’t recommend enough if you’re craving that Pizza Pizza fix and you’re in the area

I arrived late in Toronto and needed some food and this was the only place open. I asked for a spicy checked or meat pizza and the guy looked at me as if I asked the most puzzling request ever....I had to then ask of he had pepperoni and cheese and he give a subliminal nod I asked if he had any spicy sauce and he said he could do??? Anyways I got the pizza took it home and was severely disappointed,.bland, no flavour not fresh either this actually tasted better when I blasted a slice the next day in the microwave, if you're a pizza place, do better is not a hard thing to make pit some TLC and passion into service and food its what your supposed to do as a minimum requirement. £6 I shouldn't complain bit I am.

I’m not sure how many people that keep stating that they have kids that love this place are going to continue to allow their children to come to a place that serves food that could be raw dirty or inedible. I have never seen a Pizza Pizza this bad in my entire existence and I used to manage multiple stores back in the 90s. This location has the rudest staff I’ve ever seen drivers and front staff included. I have tried numerous times to give them a chance after chance because they are so close to my house. I have now had to resort to pick up only because when they deliver burnt or wrong pizzas and you try to at minimum just get the pizza replaced not a refund they refuse to bring you another pizza they tell you you have to bring me to the store to show them. They have even convinced had Customer service to allow this process. Their drivers pull a scam every time and when I say every I mean every that they do not carry chain so if you have a $31 pizza and you only have $40 they expect you to leave them to nine dollars. They do this with anything over five bucks because that’s all they carry In change. It’s actually quite smart because even if someone insists on them going to get the change if seven out of 10 people let them get away with it. Think of how lucrative that can be for a night. I have personally watched them pick toppings off of a pizza that Were incorrect on another customer’s Pizza and give it back to them telling them that they do not have to remake their pizza for them. How long is it going to take a chain with the recognition of Pizza Pizza to realize that they’re going down the same road as Tim Hortons is by allowing this type of customer service with no oversight whatsoever it’s absolutely mind blowing. Whoever owns this store really needs to do something to get their staff in check. I don’t put very many negative reviews on Google, but hopefully this one will save somebody from getting salmonella one day. If you notice the response from the owners, it is so generic and unresponsive at all. It’s actually quite pathetic. They do nothing to address their long-term customers issues.

I’d say this is one of the better Pizza Pizzas out there. Great food, great staff and I even got to know the manager and he’s a great guy. I did accidentally order a pizza with no sauce one time I’m surprised that was even an option here.
