Recently moved to this area from Alderwood so thought to try this outlet (instead of my regular Brown's line). So, I picked up an XL pizza from here yesterday. Then realized I can do a better job in baking a Costco pizza at home as that would taste better, since the pizza from here was not properly baked (despite of requested 'welldone'). There was a strange sour/more salty than usual taste in pizza (no complains on freshness, just some taste). However, going back to my regular Pizza Pizza outlet, even though its far.

Absolutely a disgrace. This location supposedly ran out of a topping and attempted to reach me after payment and order completion to tell me this with no voicemail. Waiting until the 45 minute mark I get a call again from the store to tell me this. Then I have to call head office for a refund process that takes 4-5 business days. Avoid this location as there have been a number of screwups here. This franchise lost my business for good.

Ordered a chicken pizza, got a vegetarian one. Simple mistake, right? But when we politely pointed it out, the staff refused to accept their error and showed zero interest in fixing the issue. The attitude was honestly disappointing — no effort to make it right, no apology, just excuses.
We came here expecting a good meal and basic respect. Got neither. Definitely won’t be returning, and wouldn’t recommend if you value customer service or getting what you actually ordered.

So bad service, I've been here 3 times and they always try to charge me more for things. I'm a very good customer of Pizza Pizza and this has never happened to me. Don't come to this place, they're too advantageous.

Ordered a pizza for pickup at 9:58pm, got there at 10:22 and paid for it, had to wait until 10:43 to get the pizza! It should be free if you're making me wait that long! What's the point of ordering ahead if you don't start making it until 10 minutes after I get to the store. I've never had this experience and I order from here often. I'm switching to the renforth location after this...

Pizzas are good but as other people complained, I have also noticed staff not using gloves. Have also seen a guy not washing his hands after mopping the floor, he went directly into the kitchen and started working on a pizza. The washroom is also not always clean. Please look into cleanliness.
