We ordered two different medium pizzas for pickup, and the order was ready in about 5 minutes. After reaching home, we tried the pizzas and immediately noticed that one of them did not taste fresh. We returned to the store within 20 minutes to let them know. Unfortunately, the customer service was extremely disappointing. The employees, particularly one named Ibrahim, didn’t take our concern seriously. Instead of speaking to us respectfully, they smiled as if we were making excuses just to get our $15 back. We were not asking for a refund or any compensation — we simply expected to be treated with basic respect. We paid for food we couldn’t even eat, and at the very least, we expected an apology or some acknowledgment of our experience. Instead, we felt dismissed and disrespected. This has been our worst experience with any pizza place, and the lack of care for both their product and their customers is unacceptable. The way we were treated left us no choice but to write this review.
