This is the second time I ordered thick. rust from this location, yet again I received a pizza so thin you can look through it. Extra large pizza thick crust. How hard is that!
I spoke with customer care. Fantastic service from them. I was not charged for the thick crust.

My Pizzaiolo online order was never received by store because of computer issues at local store. The manager claimed corporate was aware but hadn’t fixed it
What a joke. This was for my dad’s 94 birthday. He is in a long term care home. These events are precious. We had guests and no food. Never order from Pizzaiolo again

Why do they charge for a little extra sauce? I have never ordered a pizza from anywhere that ever charged for a spoonful of sauce on top....that is really chintzy. The pizza is good, but, maybe you should call yourself Rogers....for charging for any little thing that costs pennies...soon you will charge for the box...

Placed an online order this afternoon, ahead of any rush to allow for prioritization — well, the order was late ( understandable — but the pizza was COLD). Pizza was to be delivered from 6:00- 6:30, arriving a few minutes before 7pm. Since i am not HOME to accept the order, this was for my SON and his friends — When I called this store, the female individual could not provide her name and could not locate my order ( provided order number, name, address and the pizzas that were ordered). She promised to call me back in 3 minutes to give me an update, as to the were abouts of the order. Well 15 minutes later, I called her to tell this nameless person, that I had not get my call back, nor did she ask how my order was. Upon asking my son, the person delivering the pizza DID NOT HAVE A THERMAL BAG, and handed the pizzas as is. So I like Pizzaiolo — but this location needs some serious training in service and organization on knowing where their orders are.... I would understand it was late for the Blue Jay game and Halloween, but getting cold pizza is unacceptable!

Stopped in to get a few slices, last time I will do so. I have noticed the decline since ownership changed about a year ago. What was available looked like they have been sitting there for a long period of time. I asked how long the wait for Canadiana, said 10 mins (not a problem). Server suddenly said it is ready, ordered a few slices, also got a drink and dipping sauce (making it one combo and 2 slices). Noticed person at cash did not charge me for the right combo and brought to her attention. She said the machine does not have a button for that combo, and only for pizza and drink combo so the sauce had to be charged separately. That means I am paying a higher price (and so is everyone else who purchase the combo). I mentioned that thisbis false advertising and they need to remove the combo as it is misleading
When I got home and started eating, iy was so disappointing, the dough was not cooked through.
I will no longer purchase from the Brownsline location. As I stated earlier, it has declined since current ownership (including wait times).

It’s Saturday lunch…I walk in to place an order. There is one person working and she is busy with the order in front of me. She spent ten minutes making salads for the order in front of me. They were obviously not prepped beforehand so I and the people behind me had to wait. After 15 minutes of waiting to place an order o left and went to Pizza Pizza. During my entire time waiting she did not even acknowledge any of the waiting customers that she’ll be a few minutes.

How do you 1) have one person working on a Saturday lunch shift? Maybe someone called in sick I don’t know but still inexcusable and 2) lack the basic skills of how to even speak to customers that you may be a few minutes. This is truly shitty food service training and this location should be ashamed. I will not be returning anytime soon. Hire people with proper service skills not the cheapest student who applies…if you do then train them to be service friendly and how to handle these situations.

They never have certain popular slices when you walk in, then they say 15 mins
And the pizza will be ready. It's always a lot longer, more like 25 mins
The pizza it good when you order a full one
Some slices look like they have been there all day.

The pizza was incredibly fresh with high-quality ingredients. The staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming. The best part was definitely the warm service, paired with the consistently fresh and delicious pizza. They were quick and professional.
