I was going through the reviews and stumbled upon one by Brian Sadgehi which I actually witnessed. The reviewer tried to skip ahead of another customer who had already ordered. When staff politely told him to wait his turn, he got upset, raised his voice, and stormed out. The staff handled it calmly and professionally, serving everyone in the correct order. This review is completely inaccurate and unfair to the employee

I'm sorry but had to take back my review. I tried giving this location another chance after one decent pizza, but I was disappointed again. The cheese is clumped and slides right off the slices, so all I end up eating is bread. The pizza often tastes undercooked, and other times the bottom is burnt while the top is slimy. There’s no consistency here, and the quality is way below what I’ve had from other Pizzaiolo locations. Unfortunately, I’ll be switching to a different spot

Purchase a medium size pizza it was over baked, with hard crust. Requested to have it remade the cashiers refused to remake it satisfactory with no interest of understanding the needs of a customer.

I called the store at 3180 lakeshore hoping to place an order. It was 40 mins prior to closing and whoever was working there on this day told me that business was very slow so the kitchen was closed and I couldn’t place an order. Terrible service.

Probably the best "chain store" pizza in Canada! Love to get a slice or two when visiting Toronto. Hope they open branches in Ottawa soon (we need better pizza slices in the nation's capital).

Dumass knocks on the door!! ok maybe they didn't see instructions..there is a sign on my door says do not knock!! Sorry..not again if they can't understand simple instructions
Not the best pepperoni slice I've had, not offensive or bad, just not flavorful. Great crispy crust. I'm gonna give a cheese slice a shot next time and see how that is
