When the delivery guy called me he wanted me to go meet him .. I told him you have the code come to my door. When we got the food all the panzerottos were freezen cold in the middle.. theses guys are 10mins up the street.. I called customer service and they said full refund we pick up the food ..I said ok.. or replace the food.. NOPE dont trust a place that cant make proper food.. dont need food poisoning.. so would I order from them ever .. answer is NO... they are NO GOOD.. VERY DISAPPOINTED WITH PIZZAVILLE KIPLING..

A total gross out. Person taking my order had horrible body odor and/or bad breath. I had to step back to continue placing my order. Paid cash and initially never received a receipt. They were reluncted to provide one but finally entered it into the cash and provided a receipt. Pizza was 2/10. Lacked flavour. Ask for extra sauce which was ignored. Little cheese which was not sufficiently melted. Pepperoni was extremely undercooked. Will not return. I hope not all Pizzaville locations operate in this manner.

How stingy can you be? We got 2 panzerottis last night and were shocked to see how small they were in comparison to other pizzaville locations. Considering we just got panzos last week at another pizzaville, and often get panzos across the GTA, these were noticeably smaller with less filling.
Not only were they smaller than usual, but they barely put any sauce or cheese (despite requesting extra sauce) and the marinara sauce on the side did not taste fresh and was only filled halfway (most pizzavilles give you a full marinara sauce). In addition, the crust itself was so thin that after it was fried there were notieable holes in the fried dough which leaked out sauce everywhere.
I know for a fact this panzo was smaller because we usually cannot finish the whole thing in one sitting. These ones we finished in 5 minutes and we were still hungry. So not only did they increase their prices but they are extremely stingy trying to save money by ripping off their customers. Im really dissapointed and think that my days of ordering panzos are over because I never want this experience again. Glad I don't live around here because my local pizzaville is 100 times better.

Ever since the old owners left, this place has gone downhill. The new staff that works here does not meet the qualifications and standards of running a business ..They don’t use gloves when making a pizza.. everyone that is preparing food should be wearing hairnets because I found the long black hair in my Pizza.. super disgusting and very disappointing as I was a regular customer.. stay away from this location.. take a drive and go to a different Pizzaville.
