My husband picked up a pizza for us to eat at home, and we were really disappointed. It was quite expensive, but the taste was worse than cheap pizzas. The toppings kept sliding off, there was way too much sauce, and it had a sour flavor. After seeing so many positive reviews, we expected much better. Definitely not worth the price.

I had my first slice from Donatelli's Pizzeria last week and it was awesome. Piping hot, loaded with cheese and yummy pepperoni. Being a 30 yr patron at Milano's Pizza on Bloor you cannot even compare the two. I would highly recommend Donatelli's, and give their pizza slice a try. They have a great lunch time special on 2 slices. Great job guys!

Honestly, we've had some really nice pizzas from here. This evening we went in trying to get what we've done before where we order a pizza and exclude the meat from half since one of us is vegetarian. We were told that they can no longer do half and half orders because sometimes they get messed up....which seems like a weird and easily solvable training problem to pass on to the customers. We then tried to see if we could simply swap the pepperoni for a veggie item but were told no swaps. Then asked if we could simply remove the pepperoni from the whole pizza, but even with that the guy was being super confusing and contradictory with himself about whether we could. In the end someone else stepped in and gave us the pizza without meat but god damn overall it was some bad customer service!

My husband and I are new to the city and this experience did not disappoint!

We got the Casablanca pizza with garlic knots and it was delicious! The cheese tasted incredibly fresh, the dough was excellent in taste and texture, and the topics very tasty. The garlic dip was a lovely addition, also delicious!

Order was ready on time and staff were friendly for our pick up! We will definitely be returning :)
