Rip n Chicken is back! If you have a look at my pictures, it looks like a box of fries. I thought I got ripped off, they hided the chicken on the bottom of the box. LOL. Very good, but a little bit spicy! The staff was very friendly and Nice, they made my chicken fresh. It will take about 6-7 minutes, but well worth it. Have a look at my pictures and press the like button!

Came here to pickup uber order from 11kms but the restaurant was closed! Why tf you guys don’t turn uber off if the restaurant is closed.

The worst place I have ever been to. The manager doesn’t have any customer service. They are very reluctant to take the order after 9 pm. I got my order wrong but instead of apologizing and replacing it the Manager argued with me.

I ordered through the Popeyes App and when I arrived, the workers said the restaurant was closed. I didn't have any issues making the order, the App said it was open, and took my money right away. I asked the ladies for my own receipt and they wouldn't give it to me. I even asked for a simple picture of the receipt and they refused. They told me everything would be on the app (without directions on how to contact customer service).I made a complaint and was refunded within 2 days, thankfully. Still, I don't understand why the restaurant was said to be open at all, and especially didn't get why the lady wouldn't let me take MY receipt or even a picture of it...Also, quality of food and customer service overall doesn't match that of the Popeyes on Lakeshore and Twentieth. Please don't waste your time if you can afford the drive, and definitely don't order late night since they won't be open anyway.
Music us extremely offensive. I certainly won't be returning with my kids.

The food is alright but you’ll be lucky if anything is ready when you go to get food. There is never chicken ready they always tell you to wait 10+ min for them to cook more. Poorly run in this regards. It’s a gamble going here

I just got 5 spicy tenders for my self and everything was great. But the chicken smells and tastes fish!! Do you fry the chicken tender in the same fish frying oil??
