Cold food and wrong order. I ordered for spicy chicken, coleslaw and fries but wrong order was delivered. Old chicken (tasted bad)

Went late at night from the airport. One of the cleanest Popeyes I've been in. The manager gave us a free mash potatoes for the wait, even though it wasn't bad and we didn't complain

The manager delivered my plate to my seat. I thought for a sec I visited a steakhouse or something. And this place even skips the tips while payment!

I placed an order from Popeyes twice through Uber Eats, and both times I received uncooked wings first order 12 pieces, second order 24 piecesThis was my first experience ordering from this location, and it was very disappointing.
After the second bad order, I called the store and spoke with a staff member named Nitish. He told me that I could come to the store the next day to get the same order remade. I explained clearly that I live far away 20 minutes drive but he assured me to come. When I arrived and called to confirm, a girl picked up and told me to come inside. However, once I reached, the staff refused to do anything and even spoke to me in an abusive and disrespectful way. This was a complete waste of my time, money, and energy. I expected at least basic respect and proper service, especially after paying more than $80 across both orders. Instead, I was treated very poorly. This is not acceptable customer service.

Order last night a 4 piece comb
3 piece tenders comb and a popcorn shrimp comb and the chicken from the 4 piece
was not fresh and also the mash potatoes was spoiled as well. Very upset with this service since this is the same Popeyes I order from regularly!

This branch is the best Popeyes in the GTA!!!! They have truly maintained the highest standards, their service, quality of the food, ambience, hygiene is top notch. And Nitish is an absolute legend and an amazing Customer Service Executive, 10/10. I live next to a Popeyes restaurant, but I always come to this specific location whenever I am craving some juicy Fried Chicken.

Great location. I come often and they’re always efficient and well maintained. Divanshi is one of the best workers I’ve encountered, she goes out of her way to give customers like me a great experience!
