Order last night a 4 piece comb
3 piece tenders comb and a popcorn shrimp comb and the chicken from the 4 piece
was not fresh and also the mash potatoes was spoiled as well. Very upset with this service since this is the same Popeyes I order from regularly!

This branch is the best Popeyes in the GTA!!!! They have truly maintained the highest standards, their service, quality of the food, ambience, hygiene is top notch. And Nitish is an absolute legend and an amazing Customer Service Executive, 10/10. I live next to a Popeyes restaurant, but I always come to this specific location whenever I am craving some juicy Fried Chicken.

Great location. I come often and they’re always efficient and well maintained. Divanshi is one of the best workers I’ve encountered, she goes out of her way to give customers like me a great experience!

Good service

I just had to take a moment to shout out the incredible team working the night shift at Popeyes on April 5th around 1:30 AM. Nitish, Devanshi, and the cook on duty — you are absolute stars. The service was beyond fantastic — warm, genuine, and honestly the sweetest I’ve ever experienced at any food chain restaurant.

And don’t even get me started on the food — hands down the freshest Popeyes I’ve ever had. Everything was hot, crispy, and full of flavor like it was made with care, not just tossed together. You could taste the love.

Nitish and Devanshi were so kind, attentive, and patient — their energy and friendliness really made the experience unforgettable. It honestly felt like I was being served by friends who love what they do. And to the cook — you’re a culinary wizard. Keep doing what you’re doing.

If I could give 10 stars, I would. This crew deserves all the praise and more!

I’ll tell why not to visit this restaurant, why not to order from this restaurant !!!!!!!

I do not know how to report to food safety compliance authorities, but I hope they come and inspect this place, inside out.

1. I wouldn’t buy food from here, coz I don’t like other people’s sweat or hands on my food without proper gloves. Pure negligence and recklessness!!!

Not surprised some other people complained about the same in Google reviews.

Highlight: One of the those places, where I believe gloves are completely forbidden. I witnessed the entire kitchen without gloves, touching their faces, hair, and touching food that people buy with money. Absolutely unacceptable.

I had to walk out right after I witnessed these unacceptable hygiene practices.

2. Rude Supervisor- a little guy from inside came out and exhibiting his unwanted attitude over people. Seems like he’s got some
mental issues. ( the guy working around 3-4 AM on w/e 03/15 .

To those who need their food to be untouched by employee’s sweaty hands, who don’t want hair in your food - DO NOT VISIT THIS RESTAURANT/ DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS RESTAURANT.

Let’s not entertain un-hygiene practices.
