This by far has been the worst meal of the year 2025 ! Hopefully . Waiter was rude condescending and tried to have a confrontation with my son. Everything we asked for he said no,not a good way to start a birthday celebration. Four adults and 2 kids, we ordered 2 burgers and fries meat was tough and overcooked bacon burnt and tasteless not cooked to order it was a pre cooked warmed up burger. Kids wanted pasta and one order of chicken fingers and fries the older child was told she was too old to have that and there was no deviation, a supervisor was requested to solve this situation. He made a one time concession to this policy wow! My son ordered a steak he asked if he could have truffle fries instead of the starch that came with the meal, again no ! Steak came o was med/well done it was replaced when the new med/rare steak arrived they made him cut into which is not acceptable it should be perfect before it leaves the kitchen and needs to rest. A salad was ordered with shrimp so so mini shrimp for $14 extra not value . When we where ready to leave we asked for the bill we where charged for something twice (chicken fingers) I guess it was a form of punishment. no refills on drinks where offered no dessert for the birthday but other tables received the token desert. When we ready to leave we asked for the manager who was not available just the supervisor he did call the manger and they removed the steak from the bill. I decided not to leave a tip the waiter lost it , he went on to mouth profanities and pointed his finger at us. It was nasty and totally unnecessary disrespectful this is a case of tip culture demanding money for poor service. We will never go back. The restaurant asked for a call back number to discuss this further but never followed up, looks good on line.

In general, we all had a good time. The wait staff is superb. The food was good but not great: the prime rib was fatty and the burger was dry. One big problem is the handicapped restroom: there should be an automatic door opener and closer. A manual door is impossible to operate from a wheel chair. Please try it yourself! We continue to have a great time at the dining room, although it would be nice to bring back the buffet. Thank you!

It was good I think our server was quite busy as we could have had him come by more often to see if we wanted anything else after our dinner ie. drinks? Food was good however main dish my niece thought was too salty Thanks

It was great! My dad worked at Woodbine 45+ years ago and we took him for lunch. Staff were amazing, helpful and friendly and the kids had a great time. We may want to make it an annual event!

Love coming to Woodbine for the races and really like sitting in the Post Parade dining room for the afternoon.

Tables were too close. People at the table behind us had to get up every time we left the table to bet.

I have never been disappointed with my service before, but today I was. The server said that I had to order food. I have been many times but this was a first. I don't normally order food. Just cover my bill with drinks. I probably won't be back. Especially being charged over $22 for a glass of wine.

The staff especially servers were friendly, helpful and always available for questions and service. As always my family with the experience.

An overall great experience. Great view, great service, and a great meal. Really couldn't have asked for a better experience.

The menu of the Post Parade is great. Lots of nice choices. You need to be aware that if you are a party of 10 - they will only issues 4 bills per table. Never heard of this before, and it was awkward. But we managed. They should also advise on the automatic gratuity for staff.

We booked the parade in restaurant celebrate my husband‘s 40th birthday and we couldn't have had a better time. The staff gave us a warm welcome and looked after us attentively throughout our whole meal. The food was delicious and well presented and the atmosphere in the restaurant was fun. We got a great view of the horse racing . We would highly recommend the restaurant. The team at Woodbine gave us such a special day and couldn't have made us feel more welcome. They even arranged for my husband to have a tour of the race course and have his photo taken with some of the jockey. We have been to lots of racecourse restaurants but never had better service than at Woodbine.

We've been into this restaurant and couple of times ahd always had the pleasure of being served by Edyita. The drinks, the food are all good but she's the main reason to go back. Always going above and beyond to make sure your experience is the best it can be. Good view in the place as well.
