Answer: I would like to share with you some concerns regarding the case. I frequent this fast food very often.. and in the morning, waiting for more than 15 minutes to get my food. Moreover, every time I ask how long the food is ready, they choose to ignore me, and not answer. I consider that the workers there do not even know the rules of etiquette and communication with the consumer. They are not only very slow, not communicative, one of them even identified me that I wrote a review and took me more than 20 minutes to make the food I was waiting for. I have a video for this and will notify the responsible authorities who are obliged to intervene in cases such as: 1. Consumer protection agency- Ministry of Public and Business Services. 2. Better Business Bureau (BBB). 3. City of Toronto 'licensing and standard office and 4. Bord of Sherway mall.
