John was incredibly patient, friendly, and welcoming throughout our visit. The chef did an amazing job as well. As a vegan, I don’t usually expect to find many great options at a steakhouse, but I was pleasantly surprised by how delicious the food was. The service and food both exceeded my expectations, making for a wonderful dining experience. Highly recommended!

The team here is consistently fantastic, and the manager and staff are always awesome, welcoming, and attentive. The updated decor brings a fresh, vibrant energy to the space, creating an absolutely awesome atmosphere to relax in. Having been here on several occasions now, I can confidently say the excellent food and top-notch service never waver. Every single visit has been a truly great experience, and it easily remains one of my absolute favourite spots.

Came here on business and really enjoyed the food and the service. We did not sit for Hibachi, but ordered Hibachi and it was delicious. I would like to come back again and try the menu, which was extensive.

Ate here for lunch. Ordered the Chicken Katsu bento box and soft shelled crab.
The food is average, Not authentic Japanese food, as you can see from the bento box.
Very pricy for average Japanese food. Don’t recommend this restaurant, there’s another Japanese restaurant closeby that authentic near the airport.
Eat somewhere and save your money.

Extremely disappointed with our recent visit, always enjoyed the food and service here, which is why this experience was surprising. Unfortunately, the focus seemed to be more on tricks and entertainment at the cooking table rather than the actual cooking and dining experience. Overall, it did not feel like the same restaurant we used to enjoy, and sadly, we will not be returning again.

Been twice now and will go back again.

The food is so good, best old fashion I've ever had on the cocktail menu. The cooks and staff are friendly funny and just amazing.

I highly recommend checking it out.

Went here for lunch with my friend from work. Service was good and food was as expected. The bento boxes are filling enough for the price. At lunch hours it seems to be a more casual restaurant as it was mostly people taking a lunch break from work here. I think the place would also be a nice dinner date. The decor inside is quite fancy and I assume it's more of a refined experience for dinner.

The sashimi is high grade, beautifully presented and delicious! There are teppanyaki tables and semi private booths, good for group anf family dinning...renovated recently and it looks great!

We visited Prince Japanese Steak House and really enjoyed the experience.

The restaurant is known for its high-quality teppanyaki, fresh sushi, rolls, and sashimi, with seafood imported from Japan, all served in a warm and lively environment at a reasonable price.

The space has a classic Japanese steakhouse atmosphere and is divided into different dining areas, including private dining area, lounge and teppanyaki tables where chefs cook right in front of you, which makes the meal feel fun and interactive. The atmosphere is lively and works well for family dinners, birthdays, or group gatherings.

You can corder hot and cold appetizers, sushi, sashimi, rolls, and for main, you can choose between meat and seafood options. They also offer complimentary miso soups and house salad for every guest. The full drinks menu also offer great variety of wine, beer, cocktails and sake to pair either your meal.

The food was flavourful and satisfying, and the teppanyaki experience added an entertaining touch to the evening. The staff were friendly and attentive, and the chefs kept the table engaged while preparing the food. It’s a great spot if you’re looking for a classic Japanese steakhouse experience with fresh food, a welcoming atmosphere, and a fun dining show.

I went in with a friend for lunch today. The redesign of the restaurant is good. We each ordered the salmon teriyaki and beef teriyaki Benton box lunch. The food is good. My friend and I had a good and relaxing chat in the restaurant. I have been a customer to this restaurant for many many years and I am sure I will continue be one for many more years to come.
