Chicken is always very dry. Other than that, they’re good

I asked the lady at the counter what the best sellers were and she didn’t understand me and I didn’t understand her. I ended up ordering a tuna salad sandwich toasted on pumpernickel bread and ironically they didn’t have pumpernickel so I had it on rye. hahaha anyway, I enjoyed my sandwich, it was 9/10 delicious, I would order it again. Yummy. Note: I honestly didn’t expect much but I was happy with that delicious sandwich. Yes. I would come back and order again.

Last Wednesday morning I ordered the egg, bacon, cheddar and avocado breakfast sandwich for the first and last time.
It was such a disappointment!

There was only 1 piece of soggy Bacon cut into 2 small pieces, a bit of mashed avocado, and flattened out egg.

The English muffin bread was thin, soggy and greasy.

And it tasted wierd.

It was around $6 + tax. What a waste of money.
Never again.

No wonder nobody buys breakfast there. I should have just waited in line at Tim Hortons or A&W.

Also, the last time I ordered a sandwich there was for lunch a few months ago, the BBQ chicken... it was overcooked and dry and the bread was stale.
Why do people go there?

If you go there stick with the salads, they're decent at least, but expensive.

Friendly stuff and always fresh and delicious options! The only place next to work that I order for lunch! Can’t get enough of their salad bowls

Vegetarian options: All the salads are or vegan or vegetarian

greasy and salty sandwich at 200 Front Street (Food Court). No option to have prepared in front of you -option not offered-. a Grilled Roast Turkey sandwich not worth CDN $11.50

If I can give ZERO, I would. This place was good for the first 6 months when in opened in 2017... Then, the price just went up and portioning becomes smaller, and smaller. I stopped coming here, and went for the first time in a few months today. I think there's new ownership, but customer service plummeted, and even more greedy with portions become more puny. Pathetic! I hope they closed.

Pumpernickel’s used to be one of my go to places for good, high quality salads, but just as importantly, it was a place where I could eat from a real plate with a real knife and fork. I ate at the Adelaide street location today and learned that real plates and real cutlery have now been replaced by non-recyclable bowls and plastic knives and forks. SHAME ON YOU PUMPERNICKELS!!

Lots of good stuff on the menu, but not so much in stock.

No rye bread for smoked meat sandwich?!! Not the Pumpernickels I'm used to downtown. Try elsewhere.
