Real Fruit Bubble Tea

Never had a negative experience with any of the Real Fruit locations. I never leave a bad review and do my best to uplift and support businesses. This has to be brought up as it shouldn’t be tolerated. I won’t name the staff but a young female server was there. Firstly she didn’t acknowledge me as I was standing there, I said politely “Hello, Good morning” no response. Then I said it again she turned around gave me a blank stare didn’t greet at all. She said “Use the self checkout”. But this was not a simple response her tone and expressions were extremely rude and unprofessional. I placed my order for 4 Medium Watermelon Slush and 1 Medium Mango Diamond Slush with Tapioca. She makes me all Small in size and Forgets to add the Tapioca. The concern here is you have an unpleasant staff who doesn’t know how to speak with customers and on top of that making errors. When I brought it up to her she ignored me and turned around to make other orders. This behaviour is unacceptable. And I want someone to get back to me.

Tried the mango diamond slush the other day by recommendation of the staff there, super helpful and friendly, will come here again

Decent place, customer service could be improved as staff was very unprofessional and rude. I had just few questions about what drink is better as this was my first time trying this place out. Definitely wouldn’t be recommending this location to anyone. Try other locations might be better option.

Really rude girl at the counter. We went there this afternoon to buy smoothies and she served 3 people ahead of us because ‘we were paying cash’ and we did not use the self-serve monitor. She didnt even look up to greet clients and when I pointed that fact that she gave the order of 3 people ahead of us, she started smirking and rolling her eyes without an apology. I bluntly told her ‘I dont appreciate that smirk’. She handed back my change by dropping it far from my palm. Terrible customer service and will not be coming back. Why do such people get jobs in this very challenging job market?

Didn’t plan to come here, ended up ordering a mango diamond slush w mango chunks and lychee jelly, it was delicious! Such a refreshing treat. There’s a self serve touch screen which is really cool, service also came with a smile, acknowledgement, and fast friendly service:)

Fresh fruits right in front of you. Great drink with nice staff.
