Real Fruit Bubble Tea

The Asian lady who assisted me was very rude. I initially asked for tapioca in my taro sherbet, but she may not have heard me. When I noticed that the other lady preparing my drink didn’t add any tapioca, I asked about it before the drink was finished. The original server then argued with me, saying, “I asked you, and you said you didn’t want tapioca.” I responded by saying that I didn’t mind paying extra and just wanted the tapioca added.

After I paid for it, the same lady started shaking her head and muttering something either to herself or to the other staff member. I asked her, “What is that attitude for?” and she raised her voice, saying, “You are the one having an attitude.”

Is this what you consider good customer service? This kind of behavior is unacceptable. Instead of arguing, she should have handled the situation professionally and resolved the issue. She needs to be addressed and made aware that this is not the right way to speak to customers.

I am very disappointed to see that they were using tap water to make the drinks. I had to ask them to use filtered water as I don't drink tap water.

All i can say is. What amazing and friendly service there is at this location. The presentation and cleanliness here was so great. Everytime there was something out of order, i noticed 2 workers immediately tend to it. Both William and Dannie were of great service and help with my order.

I visited today around 7:30 p.m. The girl did a great job. Even though the store was a little busy, she served drinks with a happy smile. I want to come again. Try the mango diamond slush. It's really good. 5 stars for good customer service.

I am here right now before 1 hour and 10 mins from there closing and girl refused to serve saying they are closed. While she her self agreed that they close at 8. And refused to serve at 6:50pm.

August 7th...11:15am ...my family and I show up at the counter...girl at the front was the ruuuuudest I've ever experienced in my life!..I've written some critical reviews before..but for those who deserved it..and she's about to get it!..won't bash the place for we always come here...hands down always a great beverage!..anyway ...we walk up and ask her about the cup sizes..even said hello..she doesn't even make any eye contact as she's there chopping mangos and continues as if we're distracting her ..she said "cup size other side" still chopping mangos..whatever,so we order 2 small watermelons and 2 ice caps..she seemed so irritated,she couldn't even repeat back the order..i had to repeat it back..but that's ok!..its that she mentioned things that we didnt order...made us feel so uncomfortable...look..maybe she has a problem?.maybe pissed off about having to work on a holiday??..maybe can be worse ...maybe not...however..mannerisms are followed by common sense...

I always buy drinks from this store and it is fabulous. Moreover, Customer service is very good all the time . Today an indian girl served me and she was very nice and friendly with me . Love this place and highly recommended!!!!!
