Visited the store today for a lychee green tea. They made the drink not even in 30 secs. No tea can be steeped in 30 secs,( I worked for starbucks for 4 yrs) even before taking the drink I said its not steeped properly they assured it is.. But as I got the drink its just water nothing else. I didn’t even see she putting any teabag, probably a old one was there from long time ago. As I said, she didn’t even apologize or offer to make a new drink, rather the asian girl ( heema/heena- not sure) said will give you the refund. I wanted the drink not the money, or else I wouldn’t have purchased only.. Pls train your staff customer service, I was in customer service myself for over 8 yrs. Very bad service.

The Asian lady who assisted me was very rude. I initially asked for tapioca in my taro sherbet, but she may not have heard me. When I noticed that the other lady preparing my drink didn’t add any tapioca, I asked about it before the drink was finished. The original server then argued with me, saying, “I asked you, and you said you didn’t want tapioca.” I responded by saying that I didn’t mind paying extra and just wanted the tapioca added.

After I paid for it, the same lady started shaking her head and muttering something either to herself or to the other staff member. I asked her, “What is that attitude for?” and she raised her voice, saying, “You are the one having an attitude.”

Is this what you consider good customer service? This kind of behavior is unacceptable. Instead of arguing, she should have handled the situation professionally and resolved the issue. She needs to be addressed and made aware that this is not the right way to speak to customers.

I am very disappointed to see that they were using tap water to make the drinks. I had to ask them to use filtered water as I don't drink tap water.
