First of all, our server Stephanie, was excellent! She was very attentive, friendly and cordial. The appetizers were delicious...coconut shrimp, calamari and seafood stuffed mushrooms. Enjoyed the grilled shrimp tacos, the shrimp linguine and crab carbonara. The key lime pie is a must try! Wonderful meal and friendly, helpful staff all around. Thanks again, Stephanie, for making our visit so very enjoyable! We'll be back!

It has been years since we last dined at Red Lobster- Etobicoke. The reason being we found the lobsters, seafood as a whole to be too salty. This time we're very impressed - Caesar salad, Maritime lobster tail, shrimp and Atlantic Salmon, crispy brussels sprouts; not forgetting the biscuits .. 😋😋😋 The service from June was good. We're so surprised to see Bruna 🙂(who served us at another restaurant). Everyone was very friendly .. will definitely be back !!! Thank you 🙏🏻

The interior still is very dour. However the tables are well distanced and conversation is easily held . Why not update the interior decoration? We ordered the double lobster tails and the quality and value was superior. Cocktails were a good size and yummy. Our waitress was friendly, genuine and helpful. Will return again soon.

My two friends and I met to celebrate end of Summer as well as a belated birthday . We arrived on time and Blais the server asked us for our seating preference ( we knew we were going to be there a while, so we asked for a table at the back- we were quickly accommodated). The reservation was for 1pm unfortunately our other friend didn't arrive until about 2:30pm. Blaise was very accommodating, she kept checking with us, asking if we needed anything, we had some of the bread rolls and water. I must say the food was very good, Blais answered all our questions and always came to check up on us to make sure we were ok and if we needed anything. She didn't 'hover', just made sure we were happy with our orders. At the end she bought out dessert ( ice-cream on a decorated plate) to celebrate our friend. We were in the restaurant until well after 5, but at no time did we feel that Blais was rushing us. Koodos to Blais an excellent server, she should be commended and recognized for her exemplary customer service..

Micky was an amazing server! From the moment we sat down, she was welcoming, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed without ever feeling rushed. She knew the menu well and gave great recommendations, which made our meal even better. Drinks were always refilled on time, and the service felt genuine and friendly. Along with genuine effort being put into her serving role, making sure her customers are always satisfied. The food is delicious and fresh, even better today as Heather serves with love.
