Food is homemade and most of the people are lovely… customer service of one particular woman is atrocious. The absolute sass when requesting non-dairy milk (as though it was the biggest annoyance). It goes a long way to say “Unfortunately we don’t have that vs. No. No. No,” when asking for various milk types. If it’s that big of an issue make a sign and stick it up. Prices also seem aggressive. $8 for 1 meatball?
Serving decent food, but very average and an extra effort on a few things would make it much better... Veal sandwich is good, but by using can mushrooms, kraft parmesan and a bland tomato sauce does not bring it home for me... I haven't taste the sausage, but the man in front of me ordered it and when I saw it was reheated in the microwave, I was quite disappointed and inspired.
