I order for pick up and they repeatedly don't add the condiments included in the meal. Adding it in notes and calling about it doesn't work, as they say they are busy and "mistakes happen", and still don't include them. I asked for them in person I was told they were out ?♀️

Hi all, just visited the royal mezgouf restaurant today with my family ( 5 people ). We ordered mixed grilled platter and Vegetable platter :
Beff Kebabs - 5 star Chicken kebab - 5 star Beef tikka - 5 star Chicken tikka - 5 star Veggie platter- 5 star Naan - 7 star Fries - 5 star All sauces amazing as well (unlimited :)) Brown rice was delicious but white rice was bit sweet. One request please laminate ur halal certificate and post on the wall. We will really appreciate it.
Over all service from Anastasia n chef ahmed was excellent. Very polite , kind and friendly to my kids n us. Love u guys.

I recently dined at Royal Mezgouf in Etobicoke and thoroughly enjoyed my experience. The food was wonderfully prepared, with none of the dishes being overly oily. The lentil soup was a highlight—authentic and full of flavor. The Mezgouf chicken was cooked just right, and the fish was perfectly flavored, with a touch of lemon that added a delightful finishing touch.
The portions were generous, making it a great place to share a meal with friends or family. The service was prompt, so we didn’t have to wait long for our food. We called in advance hoping to place an order for the mezgouf fish, but unfortunately, they didn't have something small enough for our party size, so will have to try it another time. We enjoyed the sizzling chicken plate which seemed to work as a main, rather than an appetizer and loved the fresh, soft, hot bread that came with the dish.
One small suggestion for improvement would be to separate the seating areas for shisha and non-shisha patrons. It would enhance the dining experience for those who prefer a smoke-free environment. Despite this, the overall experience was excellent, and I look forward to visiting again.
