Service is always top notch which is the only reason I didn’t have a bad experience. Food is mid at its best. The portion sizes have gotten extremely small, and the quality of seafood is not the same as it was at my previous visits at multiple locations. For a “high end” restaurant, this unfortunately does not live up to the standards it use to.

I had a a great time and the rating would have been a 5, but unfortunately my parking validation didn’t work and I ended up having to pay an additional 30$ for parking after paying a 300$ bill.

Food and service was exceptional! Got the French onion soup, a whiskey sour, calamari, 16 oz ribeye, and potatoes au gratin. Everything was absolutely delicious.

Not my first time out. I don’t really post stuff. Not my first time to this restaurant… always good. BUT tonight my experience was over and above . THANKS TO MANNY

We celebrated my dad’s birthday at Ruth’s Chris, and Fran and Adam made it unforgettable. They were attentive, friendly, and made sure every detail was perfect. Great food, amazing service—my dad felt so celebrated. We’ll definitely be back!

Danielle, Jada and Kyle made this experience wonderful for us. Booking us a table and taking the order in advance, having the dining area set up for us promptly, checking in on us often, their hospitality and service was outstanding. The food was exceptionally good, the steaks raised the stakes to a whole new level. I wrongly recommend this place for a classy, sumptuous and rewarding experience.

The quality of the meat was very bad, and the cost is super high for what you get. The attention of the waitresses is excellent. Unfortunately I would never return.

Sent my steak back twice, first time it was cold and the second time it was undercooked, asked them to switch it and the new steak was undercooked as well. I understand it was a busy night, but that’s no excuse when I’m going to spend 100$ on a steak.

I felt like they changed servers on us because they didn’t want us to say something to them and when I told our 3rd server my experience that evening she gets all defensive when she had absolutely nothing to do with it. Very crappy attitude.

700$ down the drain. ?
