Dear Ruth's Chris Steak House – Toronto Airport Team, I hope this message finds you well. I am a Vietnamese-born Canadian citizen currently living in Mississauga, Ontario. As a male guest, I had the pleasure of dining at your Etobicoke location at 5:45 p.m. on Sunday, November 9, 2025. I would like to share my appreciation for the exceptional dining experience and warm hospitality I received from your team, especially my server, who provided friendly and attentive service throughout the evening. The Zero-Proof Cocktail: French Zero 75 was a refreshing and elegant start to the meal, blending free spirits zero-proof gin, fresh lime juice, simple syrup, and non-alcoholic sparkling wine beautifully. The Ruth's Classics Starter: Butternut Squash Soup was perfectly seasoned and rich in flavour — a comforting prelude to the rest of the dinner. I also appreciated the bread with butter served between courses, a thoughtful touch that complemented the flow of the meal. For my main course, the Ruth's Classics Entrée: 6 Ounce Filet with 3 Shrimp was cooked to perfection — tender, juicy, and bursting with flavour. The Maple-Glazed Butternut Squash on the side added a warm, sweet note that balanced the dish wonderfully. To end the evening, the Ruth's Classics Dessert: Mini White Chocolate Cheesecake was a delightful finish — creamy, smooth, and elegantly plated. Each course reflected the attention to detail and culinary excellence that Ruth's Chris is known for. Thank you once again for a memorable dining experience. Dinner at Ruth's is always a nice experience and enjoyable time. However I would like to add I have felt there was an over selling I was not given choices when. I knew I should have been offered. I was given the max to sizes etc instead of being asked. I did push back and ask however I did not want to spoil the evening. This used to be my favourite restaurant now I am not so sure it seems to slipping away from what I had grown accustomed to for the last 18 yrs plus. Good news is there are lots to choose from I just drive a bit further.

I was a bit skeptical after reading some of the reviews online, but our experience completely changed my mind. There were a few of us, and we ordered the ribeye and filet mignon — both were absolutely outstanding. The food was incredible, and I'd definitely go back again.

Great food! The stuffed chicken is a must-try—perfectly cooked and delicious with the mashed potatoes. The servers were excellent, attentive, and quick to meet our needs. We both loved the carrot cake, and the presentation was beautiful. Highly recommend!

One of the best Ruth Chris statehouses I have ever been to and I have been to them all over the world.

Great Food, Great Service. I went for a special occasion and they were very accommodating.

I rarely leave reviews, especially negative ones but after a rough travelling day, I was hoping to have a nice meal here. While I was itching for steak, I opt'd for scallops. It was supposed to be 5 jumbos yet I got a small plate of several scallops that's $70 and wasn't even on the menu. Wait staff was even surprised and tried to make up for it, only after I mentioned it. Very disappointing. I'd leave a pic if I could.

Had a great experience eating at Ruth's Chris for the second time. The food is amazing, and the service with Kimberly was excellent. She gave us some good recommendations and also is a great photographer if you need your picture taken ! The sweet potatoes are an absolute must !! A+

Scott made our night! He somehow overheard my birthday was coming up and surprised me with a birthday cheesecake plate. He made sure we were accommodated with halal adjustments and made sure we were comfortable. Thank you, Scott!

I had a fantastic dining experience! The food was very good—flavorful, well-prepared. Our server, Mike, was absolutely amazing. He was attentive, friendly, and made us feel genuinely welcome from start to finish. Highly recommend this restaurant.

We had high hopes for our visit to Ruth's Chris and we were not disappointed! The food, the atmosphere, and the service were all incredible! We were lucky enough to have Jay as our amazing host. He went above and beyond, and did a phenomenal job of recommending the perfect bottle of wine for our table (which consistented of hubby with a brilliant steak and his vegetarian wifey). Everyone was happy and full by the end of the night! Perfection! Thank you!
