I am writing this review in the hopes that the owners actually read it. My husband ordered takeout last night, and the quality of the food we received was extremely poor and underwhelming.
The lo mein was very dry and tasted like it had been sitting in the back for a long time. It did not taste like it had been freshly cooked at all. My husband mentioned that when he picked up the food, he was told to "put soy sauce on the noodles" because they were so dry! I find this completely inappropriate. Why couldn't you have put the soy sauce in the noodles yourselves as you were making them? Telling my husband to add the sauce in the noodles because they were so dry shows you already knew the quality of your food was poor. So why serve it to us?
The "fried" rice was also underwhelming. It wasn't fried at all, and instead came soft, bland, and flavorless. We had to "add soy sauce" to the rice, just like we had to do for the lo mein.
The spring rolls were a complete shock to me, as I have never in my life bit into a soggy spring roll before. Spring rolls are supposed to be hot and crispy - the total opposite of what received last night.
Finally, what was supposed to be the main star of the show (General Tso's Chicken), became the worst part of the entire meal. This was the worst General Tso's chicken I have ever had in my life. It tasted nothing like General Tso's! It was SO extremely salty, that I had to spit it out as soon as I put it in my mouth. It had no flavor at all, except for the crazy amount of salt.
I am so disappointed. Do you know what it feels like to crave Chinese food on a Friday night and order from a Chinese restaurant, only to get the worst Chinese food you've ever had in your entire life??! I'm not sure if it's because we placed our order at 7:51pm on a Friday night, or if that's just what the quality of the food is like in this restaurant - But one thing is for certain, we will not be ordering from here again. I'm so sorry. I hope you improve the quality of the food you give to your customers. I never leave reviews, but our meal last night was so bad that I had no choice but to leave a review.

Worst Chinese food I have ever eaten!? I am a single mum and I saved to order in. Chose this based upon reviews… I ordered ckn balls that was all bread no ckn, Szechwan eggplant that came covered with frozen mixed vegetables… veg stir fried rice… again with frozen mixed veggies… other dishes not good either…? no man!!! I blew too much cash on an order I saved up to have!! Even told them I was new… never again!!? so upsetting!

We have been ordering from them for a while now take out only and i fewl like it gets better every time if thats even possible the portions are hugeeeee and the food is always so delicious and done sooo quick. Price is just crazy 37$ is the most we spend and u get food for 4-5 people i am super impressed. Definitely 5 starts

Whenever I have a craving for chinese/thai, Ruyi Garden is the only place I order from! I have tried every thai, chinese, etc in the area.The food is always amazing, fresh, hot and great portion sizes. They follow all notes that you put in the comments.This place is a gem ? Their delivery drivers are always polite and courteous ?I highly recommend it. My go to's are crispy ginger beef(spicy) Singapore noodles with vegetables(spicy) wonton soup with pork and of course their spring rolls. I eat the meal too quickly to take a picture. ?

We picked up some food here. The Szechuan chicken was horrible, sweet with 8 thin sliced pieces of chicken, it was gross. I will never go back there again. Inside the restaurant is so outdated.

1st time trying this place & was very pleased. The broccoli & beef plate for one was fantastic! The lemon chicken had amazing flavour. Great value as well. Look forward to going back and trying more.
