No hostess at the front when we got there so had to wait. The floors were very slippery, felt like oil was on the ground. Drinks and food came out very quickly which was nice but my pasta tasted watered down. I added chicken and it was like they had used their hands to rip up the chicken before putting them in my bowl. My husbands meal was okay. We wanted to try something different from our usual spots and regretted making that decision. For sure won't be back. 3/5 stars just because out server was nice and the food came out quick.

Wait staff was overwhelmed, you need to have more servers! and the bar let him down, you obviously need more bartenders. It's Saturday night for God's sake, the place was a zoo. The music was too loud and just not good. So the word "ambience" should be removed from your survey. Scaddabush offers a lot of average food and if there had been more service staff, it wouldn't have been so annoying. We gave it a try, lesson learned, we won't be back. By the way, you were out of many beers that we tried to order, bar service was glacial. NOT OUR WAITER';S FAULT! He was great - Marian was his name. He was climbing uphill, no support. To be fair, you need to know that we are seniors, not your target demograph.

The food was good, even great, but we saw the waitress server 4 times total. We waited 30 min for someone to clear the table and let us package up our leftovers. It was very crowded and so I understand but there were so many employees I am surprised at the service. What was the point of putting down that this was a birthday dinner, if we were out next to the kitchen and no one said anything about a birthday.

Suggest better beer selection on tap. If can get same beer in any average restaurant, then there is no differentiator factor.

My birthday dinner. A super long wait for drinks. Our appetizers arrived before our drinks did. A bit disappointing. Probably would have stayed longer or had a few more if it wasn't for the long wait.

It was a bit of a rough ride. We had reservations for 7:15pm. We were a few minutes early. Stood in a line. Checked in. Got shown to a table in the back of the restaurant which was already occupied. So we were escorted back to the front of the restaurant. Then shown to a table in the “atrium” area which was dirty. We were seated and they cleaned and reset the table around us. The waitress apologized. We ordered alcoholic drinks and appetizers. Or food showed up before our drinks. Again the waitress apologized and indicated that the bartender was very busy. Service was super show. We were two hours start to finish. We tried to cancel our after dinner drink because it had taken so long but were unable to. To top it off, while I was eating my dinner I got an email saying that the restaurant had “cancelled my reservation” for a no-show. I went to the front desk to inquire. I was told - “don't worry you're checked in”. But I wasn't. After I protested a little I finally got a “now dining” indication on the Open Table app. I like Scaddabush but last night was a real let down. Definitely not up to par.

I would never ever go to this location again. Service was horrible, our order was wrong and had to be sent back twice before they got it right. I asked for a fork, never got it and had to eat my spaghetti with a spoon. It took the server 20 minutes to get our bill. The bathrooms were absolutely filthy and disgusting. Horrible experience!!!

Food was really bad. We ordered pizza and pasta both - horrible food. Salad was good. Service was okay.

We stopped in just before Christmas, not expecting to get a table on a busy evening. We were seated right away! We had previously been to Jack's next door and were not too impressed. We had never been to a Scaddabush before. The ambiance is much superior to their neighbors, and so is the food. Considering how busy it was, our server, Mikayla, was very friendly and attentive; I had the Spaghetti and Meatball dish, which was excellent. Prices are what you would expect for this kind of establishment. Overall, we are very happy with our experience. We will be back!

Second time at this location. What stood out apart from the reliable food was the service. Val was a warm, attentive, and incredibly engaging wait staff member. We were blown away by her enthusiasm and believe that alone deserves 5-stars. We hope she gets the recognition she deserves and knows that her top notch service is has not gone unnoticed. Will definitely come back if this is the standard.

Really good Italian food. I loved the appetizers/startes - polenta and burrata! Everything well served and delicious. For the main I had the shrimp pasta and the sauce was really good. For sure we’ll come back soon.
