Scaddabush Italian Kitchen & Bar Sherway

Happy Hour - small pizza, spaghetti and a couple of Sangrias. Everything was good, service was excellent.

I always enjoy Scaddabush. Great atmosphere and the staff are always friendly and attentive.

I found service to be slow and the music too loud for conversation. No bread was put on the table which is unusual at an Italian resturaunt.

This was my third visit there as always, never disappoints food was exceptional, and our server was absolutely amazing. She was very attentive and checked in to make sure we were OK at the table!! Location is extremely convenient as well being close to Sherway Gardens and Highway 427 coming in from a flight from Europe was a good place to have dinner. Thank you

A lovely family dinner. Sasha was our server and she was great. My 86 yr old mother in law was with us and needed a couple small accommodations which Sasha was very understanding about . (Warm water to drink and soft bread) A little pricey but always delicious. My only complaint is the noise level. I've been to 3 different locations and all the same. It's hard to have a conversation. A little sound deadening board on the ceiling might help 🤷🏻‍♀️

Denzel was our server and he was absolutely amazing! So sweet, attentive, and genuinely on his A-game. He checked on us often, made thoughtful suggestions for dishes and desserts, and made the whole experience feel personal and warm. I don't always come to this location due to past experiences, but Denzel completely changed that. I'll definitely be returning again. I highly recommend stopping by if you get the chance. We had a nice meal at Scaddabush, service was ok but was a bit disappointed with portions size of the kids pasta and the salad that came with the steak.

No hostess at the front when we got there so had to wait. The floors were very slippery, felt like oil was on the ground. Drinks and food came out very quickly which was nice but my pasta tasted watered down. I added chicken and it was like they had used their hands to rip up the chicken before putting them in my bowl. My husbands meal was okay. We wanted to try something different from our usual spots and regretted making that decision. For sure won't be back. 3/5 stars just because out server was nice and the food came out quick.

Wait staff was overwhelmed, you need to have more servers! and the bar let him down, you obviously need more bartenders. It's Saturday night for God's sake, the place was a zoo. The music was too loud and just not good. So the word "ambience" should be removed from your survey. Scaddabush offers a lot of average food and if there had been more service staff, it wouldn't have been so annoying. We gave it a try, lesson learned, we won't be back. By the way, you were out of many beers that we tried to order, bar service was glacial. NOT OUR WAITER';S FAULT! He was great - Marian was his name. He was climbing uphill, no support. To be fair, you need to know that we are seniors, not your target demograph.
