I've been to other locations and had a much better experience. We had a reservation but still had to wait and there were empty tables The noise level was so high we were hardly able to carry on a conversation. We had to ask where our food was as it took so long. Overall the food is reliable and good. I would not go back because of the experience I had there

Great place, food is alway amazing. They were a bit short staffed due to the weather but we still got great service.

The food was great. Our server, Vivian was great. I have two children and when the server makes sure that the kids get their food first, to me, is a signal that the server knows and cares about what they're doing. Overall, great job.

We ordered the prosciutto mozzarella platter, Caesar salad and san Marzano spaghetti... oh and tiramisu for dessert. It was all DELICIOUS and our server Noah was very attentive and helpful. We will always come back to scaddabush (we love the Dixon location)

It's rare to experience ‘a best ever' menu item, but Scaddabush chicken parm with pasta was ‘a best ever' for me.

Ordered pasta bolognese & it was a 4/10 sadly. It's basically pasta with minced meat only & lacking flavour, additionally it doenst come with all the meats listed on the menu. Apparently smoked bacon is just a flavour they use for the pasta. You won't see or taste sausage or bacon. Wish I went for the pizza options.

Horrible place I have seen the way they treat the workers just rude and unwelcoming energy. Very disappointing I am a regular and this is a horrible place to visit.

We celebrated my 70th birthday with a party at Scaddabush. Originally we met with Rayna to discuss and she took note of everything that we wanted. As it got closer to the event, each time I emailed her with a question, she responded promptly. When we arrived for the party of 37 people, everything was set up exactly as I wanted. The food was amazingly good, and Noah and Kayla (our servers) treated us like royalty. My guests all had a wonderful evening and all of them boasted about how delicious their food was. I highly recommend Scaddabush, and we would definitely return if we had another celebration to plan.

Thompson was great! (I called him Thomas on accident) he was chill tho! Helped us out, was timely, and food was great!
