Scruffy's used to be the go to place for Steak on a Bun & a good Drink. We would come miles out of our way to go to Scruffy's. Unfortunately either Management or Kitchen Staff have changed. You cannot rely on a good Steak Sandwich any more. Its like they stopped looking at the Steak they Serve in the Sandwich. Your Mouth gets surprised by huge amount of Fat or Uneatable gristle. That are truly off putting. We have reported it now 3 times out of our last 5 visits. Presenting the Servers with the Uneatable Waste. Management promised it would not happen again. Saying it was a one off. Sorry to say it is no longer a random bad Steak Day. Since Management hasn't corrected it quietly. Its time to let the General Public know. To see how wide spread this is across their Customer Base. Please send in your Reviews if, you have also encountered, lower standards from their Steak Sandwich.
Next Item. When we order Beers from Scruffy's its great & consistent. Lately when we order from the Cocktail Menu we find. The Glasses are getting Smaller, the ice is filling more & more of the Glass. There is little to no taste of Alcohol. Lately they must be using the Irish Measuring Glass, because there is Not even a - Wee Drop - past the Measure. Tight with the Measure is an understatement. My Crown Royal & Pepsi, with their Glass & Ice choice, is gone in 2 Swallows. But that may be the Intentional Point. SELL, Sell, sell but don't be fair about it. Sorry to say, for a Man at $9 for 1 Oz or $12.50 for 2 Ozs, it is too expensive for my night out. I would rather Drink at Chuck's where you get a good Drink at a good Price. Also any Good Cocktail should always be 1 1/2 Ozs. The 1 Oz is another Money Maker.
Till this is fixed, I will be going to Chuck's Roadhouse & NOT Scruffy Murphy's. What a shame to turn such a special long term spot into a Poor Quality Money Pit for Customers. I would really like to know if, it is New Management or New Kitchen Staff? Also why were we never addressed by any of Management? Especially after the 3rd Report to our Serving Staff.

So you wouldn't think of ordering pasta from a Pub right? But let me tell you, they make all their sauces from scratch! I was so surprised the first time i tried their chicken Parmigiano with Alfredo sauce. Sooo delicious! And if you're looking for someone who can make you a great cocktail...Amanda's your girl!! She makes the BEST Cosmopolitan I've had in such a long time! 10 outta 10 recommend 👌

Scruffy Murphy Irish Pub is my number 1 favourite pub to go to with wonderful meals and Singing Karaoke every Friday with DJ Sharon from 9pm to 1pm.
The Karaoke On Friday night from 9 PM to 1 AM they have a karaoke night every Friday so guest can sing, dance and enjoy Sharon the DJ who does the karaoke does a fantastic job In coordinating all of the songs and all of the guests singing and making sure that all of the music that they wanted to sing she has on file.
The top food i like to mention is the Meat Lover's Pizza is delicious and it goes very well with the delpico sauce and it can be served with any beverage.
I would like to also add my favorite waitress Allicia. She is hardworking and very easy to get a long with. She will make your days goes by very well. Alicia have excellent problem solving and she is happy as always. Allicia gets all your food On time and when they bring out the food it's hot and it's delicious there was never a time that the food was cold everything was nice and fresh and tasty.

You won’t find a sweeter server than Amanda in this cozy Irish pub right across from cloverdale mall. Tucked away it’s got the best wings, delicious draught with service that really goes the extra mile. Stop by and remember to tip your server!
The 5 stars are for Naina and the manager plus the yummy food. Naina was so incredibly kind and gentle and answered all of our questions. The manager helped us out with a situation in the pub. Love coming here.

My friend and I tried this for the first time yesterday afternoon/evening. It's a very spacious place with comfortable seating and booths. Our server was very nice and friendly. There were so many great selections on the menu and the food was delicious. The prices weren't bad, either. I will definitely return! :-)
