I like the coffee and breakfast sandwiches here—a much appreciated alternative to Starbucks and Tim's—but they really need to do something about the fruit flies and actual flies that are everywhere in the cafe. I see them every time I come here, even in the cold months. If I'm sitting down, I have to constantly swat the bugs away lest they kiss the lip of my coffee cup. It doesn't give me confidence about the cleanliness of their food and bakery items.

I visited yesterday at Second Cup, Islington location. Jaspreet provided me very good service & recommended me new drinks & offered me a carrot loaf with me drink. Great staff & Customer service.

AVOID! Go to the drive thru if you want to dent/damage your car. Not sure if the width is even legal and incase you do end up damaging your car, consider legal action.

just got robbed of almost 9 bucks for a small piece of red velvet cake that smelled and taste like it had been sitting out for over 3 days. had two bites! Never again!

The food was absolutely disgusting. I got a breakfast sandwich and I had to throw it out. The coffee was average. The ladies working at this location were half asleep & appeared annoyed to have a customer. ( I did not complain about any of this as I didn’t want to ruin anyone’s day or cause stress)

I was pretty disappointed today. I had to wait for 5 minutes to order when no one was ahead of me. I ordered pumpkin spice latte and other things. The flavour was incredibly bland, lacking the rich depth and aroma that I expect from a good cup of coffee. To make matters worse, the coffee was served lukewarm, which is unacceptable for a place that prides itself on serving quality beverages. On top of that, the barista was opening boxes and doing other stuff at the back and did not wash her hands before touching the cups and making the coffee. They are so inconsistent with the quality of the coffee and it’s disappointing to see this place go down.

I feel bad for the baristas here. Always running around and multi tasking while management/owners stand around and do nothing. Looking unimpressed. Even when there's a line up at the door or cars waiting. Help your employees. Also, manager just chills vaping on the patio..such a good look. Baristas are so lovely and friendly they deserve better.

They have operating hours but for some reason they don't care to follow or apologize for making people waste time for coming when its closed . So many times they close over 1 hour early and on the other end, they open much later
