I feel bad for the baristas here. Always running around and multi tasking while management/owners stand around and do nothing. Looking unimpressed. Even when there's a line up at the door or cars waiting. Help your employees. Also, manager just chills vaping on the patio..such a good look. Baristas are so lovely and friendly they deserve better.

They have operating hours but for some reason they don't care to follow or apologize for making people waste time for coming when its closed . So many times they close over 1 hour early and on the other end, they open much later

I went in to try the new Iced Matcha with Strawberry Rose Cold Foam. I was then given a clumpy matcha, I asked if this was normal and their response was “when the powder and hot water mix it becomes like that.” I asked if I had to mix it more, they said you can try but it’s been iced already. They kept looking at me like this was a normal occurrence, I mixed it but ultimately decided to leave as I had other things to do. From my understanding, they didn’t mix it properly before putting the ice in. I’ve attached photos of the matcha. I didn’t take a picture when it was all clumpy at the bottom, only after mixing it for a minute I took a picture. In one of the pictures of the bottom, there’s a dark spot, when I initially got the drink the whole bottom was covered with it. This all happened on June 25th around 11:50

I came to the cafe last Friday in the evening. The place was clean and had a nice, cozy atmosphere, and the coffee was absolutely delicious! The baristas were so nice, and polite to me. I really enjoyed my visit and will definitely come back again.

So unfortunate experience 1. Barista hit sandwich for me but it was still frozen 2. Barista has some sort of attitude 3. I asked the new coffee from the summer menu and it was totally different than picture . Also taste was not good

Bianca’s service was truly sublime!
Let me be clear: this almond milk changed my life. I took one sip and suddenly I could hear colors and taste sound. My credit score went up. My skin started glowing like I moisturize with the subtle drops of heavens rain from the stars above. A single tear rolled down my cheek… not out of sadness, but because my soul had finally experienced true peace.
The food and coffee is good. The service is incredibly incompetent and slow. They must lose so much business that could have if they improved operations.

We were there in the evening, everything was very nice. It was clean and tidy, it was nice to be inside. The service is just wonderful: the staff is attentive, the service is fast, polite and friendly. They helped us choose a drink. The coffee is delicious.

I went there early morning today as i was really curious about their coffee and croissants 🥐 but i was really disappointed. The coffe was okay but the croissant was old and the cashier i guess has warmed it but the croissant was really really hard and i got the teddy chocolate kind of thing and it was supposed to be expired on 28 sep 2024. If you can’t serve customer fresh croissants then why serve the old ones???? So disappointed and it was my first time there and i am never going back again 🙏 had the worst experience.
