Drive thru employees were super friendly, and when I realized they had plastic straws, they were kind enough to give me a few extra.10/10 would return. Frozen hot chocolate with a shot of espresso is quenching

I ordered a coffee and a marshmallow square at the drive thru today and after taking a bite of the square it tastes so bad that I looked at the ingredients to see what was in it then I noticed that the Best Before Date was November 20, today is December 6! This is not a day or two past due but 2 1/2 weeks!!!! That means that no one has taken an inventory of the food in at least that long! What else is past due I wonder. The server checked to see if she could replace the square and they were all out of dates. I hope I don’t get sick… I am seriously considering reporting this issue. This is so wrong.

I was very upset when I tasted my order from this location. Firstly, I’ll say Second Cup’s white hot chocolate has a very recognizable taste and red velvet cake should be fresh. Thought the staff was very kind, the white hot chocolate tasted like hot milk with absolutely no white chocolate flavour and the red velvet cake tasted as if it was in the fridge with other food items for a long period of time and absorbed the other food scent. It was almost stale. I was upset because I was looking forward to treating myself.
