There is an extremely unpleasant woman who answers the phone. We ordered 3 dishes and one was completely wrong. We called to fix it, rather than go through skip and get refunded. The woman who answered started raising her voice even before my husband had finished explaining what was wrong. She tried to blame him (while yelling) for making incorrect selections, but when we verified our order it was clear that no error was made on our end. This is not a negative review on the food, as we have eaten here many times and always loved it. Our only problem is with the terrible customer service, and of course today’s order as my poor husband did not get anything he wanted. The email for the restaurant is disconnected and the phone has been taken off the hook. Never have I seen such a blatant disregard for the customer.

Ordered on Uber given the rave reviews. I’m actually shocked it holds a 4.7 rating. As a foodie, I expected more.
Ordered the chicken shawarma pita wrap and beef salad plate.
The chicken and the beef: poor quality, taste lacked, both meats were dry and the beef was extremely fatty. Although ordered on Uber, in the special instructions we asked for sauce on the side. The beef shawarma was absolutely drenched in sauce and you could not even appreciate the top layers of beef…I guess when you separated the layers and tried some pieces without the sauce, it was still a let down. The sauces also lacked true flavour.
The veggies seemed watered down/poor grade and the way it appears chopped looks like a child sliced it. I really don’t care for the appearance but it’s the quality.
Portion: large - good bang for your buck if you care more for portion size than the taste. Will not be recommending or ordering from here again.
