The meat is so fatty..chewy. Go to lazeez up the road at kipling and dixon..zero fat proper amounts of rice and chicken. Shelbys is way over rated. Sitting here spitting out half the chicken cause its chewy. Almost 21 bucks for half the food lazeez gives you for 18. Dont eat here...guys working there are good ...they make up for the crappy food.

Asked for ketchup because i don't like other sauces..they serve fries but refused to open packets of ketchup to put on my shawarma ...staff dont care about owners success all other shawarma places do it ...never again here

I really appreciate that the staff are always smiling, it shows that the work atmosphere is great. Kudos to the management, because a positive atmosphere really reflects in the customer service. Also, whenever I order for pickup, my order is usually ready within a few minutes, so the speed is excellent. I’m very satisfied with both the service and the food so far!
One small suggestion: for the bowls,I would appreciate a slightly larger portion of protein if possible. I usually order through Uber, and a bit more protein would make the portion even better. Just a suggestion
