I really appreciate that the staff are always smiling, it shows that the work atmosphere is great. Kudos to the management, because a positive atmosphere really reflects in the customer service. Also, whenever I order for pickup, my order is usually ready within a few minutes, so the speed is excellent. I’m very satisfied with both the service and the food so far!

One small suggestion: for the bowls,I would appreciate a slightly larger portion of protein if...

I had an excellent experience at Shelby Shawarma! The food was fresh, flavorful, and perfectly spiced, probably the best shawarma I’ve had in a long time. The service was quick and friendly, and the atmosphere was welcoming. Special thanks to Rahul for his outstanding hospitality; he truly made the visit even better. Highly recommended!

Shelby’s Rexdale is one of the best spots for shawarma! The wraps are packed with flavor, the portions are generous, and the garlic sauce is amazing. The restaurant is clean, the service is friendly, and everything tastes fresh. Definitely my go-to in the area!
