What a great shop! Needed some lamb shanks to try a few ideas. The shanks were frozen, as they are in most places, but there were many to choose from.
I’ve been using Solmaz’s imported EVOO, Palermo, with great success. Perfect blend of tasting notes including a nice grassy hint.
The braised lamb shanks, meat removed from the bone, became a delicious foil for the BBQed polenta and micro greens.
Thanks Somaz for having great products at reasonable prices!
