Seafood medley soup tasted good. Overall the value was good for the money although i felt there could have been more sea food in the sea food medley.

I got a small goat soup which was disgusting. Flour for thickness and taste was no good. I would not go back.

My go-to. Great tasting soups at an affordable price. They even have a rewards program buy 10 get 1 free. So good. My fellow Jamaicans will understand :)

Rude, just rude ladies working there, seems to me that they'd rather be at the salon getting their hairs or nails did, go then! Close up shop and go!

I love souperlicious. Used to visit the Dundas location often. This location is close to my house, I've visited a couple of times and i felt like soup today.
The server's attitude was atrocious because i said i didn't want much potato. She sucked her teeth, threw the container of soup back out and just scooped out anything and put in.
How hard is it to do your job and give decent customer service maam!?
The other lady working cash was okay but didn't say much.
The soup was hot and taste was good. However, I got 3 small pieces of goat meat, 2 dumplings and a bowl full of carrots.and broth. Needless to say i wont be returning to this location anymore.

So sorry I came in. I was looked upon with disgust. No eye contact was made and I seemed to really bother them. All I wanted to do was give a new place a try. What a waste.

It seems to have to be at the queensplate location as soon as they open to get a variety of soup. Then at peak afternoon say 2pm, the soup you want is only broth that is available.

I have gone to other souperlicious locations before and this was my first time going to this specific location. I don’t know if there was a change in management but for a place called souperlicious, they did NOT sell soup. The soup they do have, was ONE kind and was sold out. However, had every other Jamaican food but soup.

It was my friend's birthday and we wanted Souperlicious. We got there and ordered our food. After we ordered, we felt inspired to sit down and eat. Especially since it's our friend's birthday. We asked the staff to clean the table and was asked "which table?" So we pointed to the one by the window which was clearly used before by someone else and dirty. The employee told us we cannot sit there because this place is not a dinning restaurant. We said really then, "why is it dirty and why are there bar stools and high tables. This doesn't make sense." The other employee responded and said "because if the inspector comes and see anyone sitting there we'd be in trouble." I said, wow, I'm the customer and I need to worry about your inspector. That's not my business. So just we opted to go into the car to eat instead. Thankfully, we were driving. Imagine if we took the bus. Disappointment was not the word. I wish there was more education surrounding customer service in establishments such as these. It was a simple thing. All we asked was please clean the table. If there was a -1 that would be my review rating. If you look even on Google Business online here, the options they have are dinning, takeout, delivery. We'll never go back to this restaurant. Period.

Souperlicious is a go-to spot for rich, flavourful Caribbean soups that hit the spot every time. Their Red Peas and Oxtail Soup is my absolute fav. If you’re craving bold, homemade-style soups that remind you of an authentic Caribbean kitchen, this place delivers. The portions are generous, the flavours are on point, and it’s the perfect meal to warm you up on any day. Definitely a must-try for soup lovers!

First let me say, this is my go to place when it just opened, and I have continued to go up to yesterday I was there. However I will say the food quality and customer service and standards have dropped tremendously. I always buy the Hominy corn/peanut mix, Plantain and Banana as those are the only porridges I eat. I sometimes buy the red peas soup as I’m not a big soup person. However my experience the times have been here in the last few visits have not been great, the porridge is either lacking spices or is too sweet and the customer service is lacking. Upon entering the store on a Saturday afternoon, the cashier had just cashed a customer who paid with cash and was wearing gloves. She then proceeded to ask what I would like, I asked her to change the gloves because she just cashed a customer out and didn’t change the gloves, she looked me dead straight in the eye and said she wasn’t gonna change the gloves as she is the only staff working and wouldn’t be touching the food so there’s no need to. Without even arguing with her, I just told her I won’t be needing anything anymore, and she didn’t care that a customer was walking out the door. People please wash your hands especially when working in a food establishment it’s not if you feel like , it’s a must. As for the gloves they can cause more harm than good as it’s easier to have cross contamination happening. I support black businesses always and never will stop. Just please use this opportunity to do some training with staff.
