The first plate I got of the satay beef and chicken was perfect. Nice and hot and very juicy pieces of meat. And that peanut sauce it comes with is very nice. But every plate after that was garbage. The meats were old, dry and hard pieces.
Do not get the crispy beef. There’s no beef. It’s just pieces of batter. If there is any meat in there we didn’t see it or taste it. The chicken wings were tasty but very hard. Almost broke a tooth.
We got almost every beef dish and they were all sus. The beef had a very light colour. Not brown like cooked beef normally looks like.
All the noodle dishes are microwave quality. But the coconut rice was really good.
The restaurant looks nice and the seats are good. But the bathroom had a smell that will haunt me for a while.
The beers are the most expensive I’ve ever seen in a restaurant that is not in a tourist area. This is a bummy side of Etobicoke what are you guys doing.
And last but most importantly; the pop situation is quite disturbing. $3 is a pretty standard price but their equipment and supplies need to be inspected because their fountain 7up didn’t taste anything like 7up. Not only is their pop very poor quality, but there’s NO refills, which they never mentioned when I ordered it. So they let you kill your pop first then let you know there’s no refills.

We will not be going back & we don't recommend it. We were disappointed with the food. Taste was ok, but not great. The service was just OK as well. No one engaged in any conversation or asked if our meal was fine. One senior server (Woman) was trying to hurry us out and asked on 3 occasions if we were done, if we were going to have dessert. Right after she asked about bringing the bill. And she gave us the bill promptly. We were wishing that our orders came as quickly! Also, be aware of the gratuity options when you are ready to pay. Gratuity at this establishment is also charged on the tax. That's a no no. It should be charged on pre-tax only. She stood right over me until I paid the bill. This restaurant was not worth the money, period. 2.5 stars.

Great dinner with Hubbs before the symphony. We weren't too hungry so we decided to go a'la cart instead of the all you can eat. What a great decision. Ate our favorites, had enough food and spent a reasonable amount. We enjoyed the Miso soup, spicy tuna rolls, dynamite rolls and beef short ribs with vegetables. Loved the jasmine tea. Perfect location and great service.

We visited Spoon and Fork today and were extremely disappointed. The dishes that were ordered were either incorrect or not brought out at all, portions were noticeably smaller than before, and the wait times were unreasonably long.
On top of that, the staff were rude and unhelpful, which made the experience even worse. It genuinely feels like management has changed over the past several months, as this restaurant used to be much better and more reliable.
Unfortunately, based on today’s experience, I would not recommend Spoon and Fork to anyone.
