For the past few years, St. James Gate has been a beloved spot for my friends and me in Etobicoke. It infuriates me to see the disgraceful direction this pub has taken.
They've hired a manager who shamelessly yells at staff, including young women, in front of a full bar. The environment has become so toxic that many employees have been driven away.
