This is beyond ridiculous as per my last post I have yet to get my refund please who ever reads this note customers do not pay by debit cause they will just steal your money and not return it unprofessional coulda been as small as of 5 dollars principal is I was told few days I have yet to receive back my refund of 11 something I was home I will get a call back nothing your staff is horrible

I am absolutely frustrated with this place I can’t believe this I order well done wings which my kids took each one wing I never noticed until I took a bite of wing it was not cooked now I been coming to this place for a while especially when I lived in Toronto I came all the way from Winston Churchill and 401 and I notice the chicken was pink I call upon arrival because I paid some cash and the rest debit I been advised that I have to wait 3-10 business days for a refund like really will not be returning this place has gone down hill

Cassidy, was absolutely fantastic. She was attentive, friendly, and made great recommendations that enhanced our meal. The ambiance was inviting, and the food was delicious. Cassidy's service really made our visit memorable. I can't wait to come back!

This is solely a shoutout to Ingrid! Her service is top tier! Our drinks were refilled in a timely manner - several times, her energy, conversation flow and just overall personality made the experience a great one for my family. My in-laws enjoyed her service and wanted to ensure we get her name to write a review after. That’s how impressive she was! My toddler received her well and she even took her around the restaurant - my toddler came back so happy and with stickers :) I’ve been to this location several times and for many years now, but this was definitely the best experience. Well done Ingrid, you deserve this shoutout!

This place is pretty good. Staff is awesome.

Everything, food, service, place. But every time you call the lady at the phone is always really mean and not helpful at all, she hang up on me twice mid conversation and somethings she pretends that she doesn’t hear me, change her pls 🙏
