One of the most standout Starbucks has above others is their quality of services, which includes people having a good time and seat . Have a meeting, business deals, works, etc. Always a home away from home, Starbucks!

The hijabi girl working the drive-thru during closing is consistently rude, disrespectful, and appears to be trying to manipulate customers into tipping.

During one visit, I arrived five minutes before closing, drove up to the speaker, and placed my order. She did not inform me that they were closing soon. After taking my order, I drove to the window, and she immediately began complaining, saying, “Next time, come earlier; we close at 9:30 p.m.” I had arrived at 9:25 p.m. and was unaware of their closing time. I apologized multiple times, but she continued to complain.

When she handed me the debit machine to pay, it was set to the tip screen. She kept moving the machine to try to make me select a tip instead of “no thank you.” I accidentally clicked “other amount” and then selected $0, specifically because of her actions. While handing me my drink, she spilled part of it because of how quickly she passed it to me. I said, “No problem,” took my drink, and left, assuming she might have been having a bad day.

On a different occasion, I went through the drive-thru and encountered her again. This time, she simply stared at me without saying “hi” or “hello.” Confused, I said, “Hello?” She shut the window without a word, then returned with my drink, handed me the debit machine, and repeated the same tactic, moving the machine in an attempt to make me tip. I managed to select “no thank you” and completed my payment. After she handed me the drink, I said, “Thank you.” She did not respond at all.

My first visit was at 9:25 p.m. tue, oct 29,2024. My second visit was on Thursday, November 7th, 2024, at around 8 p.m. Both times, it was the Somali hijabi woman working the drive-thru.

She needs to be retrained, as her customer service skills are poor. If she didn’t want to serve me at 9:25 p.m., she could have simply informed me over the speaker, saying, “Sorry, we’re closed.” That would have been completely acceptable. Her behavior is unprofessional, and her repeated attempts to cheat customers into tipping by moving the machine is concerning. She needs to face consequences for her actions. Also for anyone going through the drive-thru, watch out she could be moving the machine on purpose for customers to miss click and tip.

Do not go to this starbucks location. They ALWAYS take long to make drinks. They never make your order correct. They also never mix your drinks properly. If you get certain drinks regularly from a different location and come here and ask for the exact same thing, I can guarantee it will taste like plain sugar water. Save your $8 or go to a different location. This one is not it.

True Canadian

I ordered from this location and spent 40$ on a single order. While I was working from home my husband picked it up. I ordered 2 drinks, 2 coffee cakes warmed and 2 wraps. What I actually got was 2 drinks and 2 random wraps I never ordered. The manager told me I would get a refund for the missing items.

I placed another mobile order and went into the store for my refund. The girl provided me 8$ for 2 coffee cakes and REFUSED to refund me for the wraps. I’m allergic to spinach and these people claimed I ASKED for it!! Lmfaooo then once I got my refund they didn’t even give me all of my order again!!!

Needless to say the supervisor and employees of this store are incompetent and can’t even provide the basics of their job which is customer service.

I will be writing reviews all over the internet for this location until this is fixed and addressed the right way.

Starbucks service is definitely very good, however, sometimes, not every time, medium blonde roast not available on most locations, nevertheless, undoubtedly 99% staff and service is incredibly well.
