The SLOWEST possible service at this location every time, plan to spend anywhere from 5-10 mins in the drive thru that was poorly designed as it fills up people can’t get out of their parking spots infront of the store.

The staff here is so rude and careless that they will make you feel small every time even asking how much long it will take because they are always late making orders and it has happened with me for several times and I am not going to that place again.

Honestly not really good location this ones closest to me but I always drove further to better locations, anytime I do come here for convenience once a year I am so disappointed they never make my order right. I just got a psl with no whipped cream which I asked for , employees always get my order wrong all these past years I’ve been coming here. I went back to ask for whipped cream and they said they are out of whipped cream , they could’ve mentioned that before and then I asked for cold foam instead they took my drink back from me and added it ,I’ve never had my drink taken back from me at any other location I’ve been too when it was made incorrectly. I also got my drink with no sleeve on it

To me, Starbucks has always been known for their exceptional customer service. I have been coming to this location for years and have seen a slow downgrade in service and quality. This location has missed the mark time and time again. Unfortunately, I am fed up.

Workers are more interested in their own personal conversations than paying attention and doing their actual jobs. You try your best to be cordial but are only faced with rude, sloppy service.

Look at my sandwich for example. They don’t even have the decency to put it properly in the bag. It wasn’t busy. There wasn’t a line up. It was a Sunday morning with no one in the drive thru! Starbucks, don’t tell me this is your standards when serving customers.

I’d rather take my money elsewhere than have to deal with workers that have miserable attitudes and it shows in their work ethic too.
