I had a very disappointing experience at this Starbucks yesterday with a Barista named Lia. I politely asked a simple question if it had 3 full pumps of pumpkin spice were being put in my drink and her response was unnecessarily snappy and rude. After finishing my order, she made my husband’s drink and essentially slammed it down on the counter, sliding it in a way that caused coffee to spill all over his lid and the counter..to which HE cleaned it up after. Not her.
Her attitude and lack of professionalism left a really negative impression! In addition, the drinks were nowhere near the Starbucks standard I’ve come to expect over the years. Mine tasted like nothing more than hot brown cinnamon water, and my husband’s drink had no noticeable espresso flavour at all. It’s unfortunate, because I usually enjoy Starbucks, but this experience was enough to make me not want to return to this location again. I give this place -1 star

I had a Perrier while I read my book and I like the layout of this location. It has a partial wall for some privacy, like the location on upper Avenue Road.

Mobile order of a simple decaf coffee takes 15-20 min every single time. Which is double the time the app says it should take.The new team is not so friendly. Not so impressed with this location lately . I've been a customer for 5+ years
I came in for an ice shaken espresso and the glass was half full. I asked the barista about it and she brushed me off saying a half full drink was normal. I have not taken a sip. This is why I don't like Starbucks. Done with this location.

This location SUCKS! i was waiting for someone to arrive on a 30 degree day and this big rude woman working refused ice water as i was waiting, and told me i had to buy somthing!... I told her i was waiting for a friend to get here first! She done similar before when i asked for a cup for extra milk she gave me the smallest plastic cup she could find! never have this happen at any other location! kick rocks lady! If i ever come back im going to go to tims. Im going to tip her co worker infront of her next time id i decide to go. she has BIG issues! Nice thing to do when im a repeated customer at this location! 0 stars!

When I asked to use the restroom, the staff member inquired if I had purchased anything there that day. I believe the manager who would allow such a ridiculous question to be posed to a customer is either a fascist or someone who encourages discriminatory practices among their staff. Although I used to be a regular Starbucks customer, I no longer am after this incident. I strongly recommend that the relevant authorities conduct a covert inspection of this branch.

What a horrible experience. I visited this Starbucks today on a hot, sunny day, looking forward to treating myself to a Mocha Frappuccino. I specifically asked for extra chocolate chips and extra syrup, and even made sure to confirm the customization twice with the server. She acknowledged my request both times — but when I received my drink, none of the additions were there.
Not only was I charged for extras I never got, but the overall experience was also incredibly disappointing. When customers go out of their way to communicate their order clearly, it’s frustrating to feel unheard or ignored. I expected much better attention to detail and service from Starbucks.
Oh my God I came to get a glass of water and I wanted to pay but they said I had to buy something! I wanted to pay for the water but they said it was not possible this is so ridiculous and disgusting!!!!!

Literally the worst customer service I have ever experienced. One woman at the front was so condescending - I had a horrible morning finding out some devastating news and was so excited for my morning coffee. I had my 6 month old puppy in my arms who I can’t leave tied up alone outside yet because she gets too nervous. She was calm and staying in my arms. There was no one at the front for so long (they waited so long to serve me) just for a woman to come up and tell me they couldn’t have dogs inside. She was so condescending and rude - I told her they didn’t have what I wanted on the menu to order ahead and she said well you can’t be served then. I asked if they could take my order outside and I’d give her my card and she said no. I couldn’t believe it - she wouldn’t go the extra step to make it more accessible for me and my dog, and would have rather risked losing a customer. I will never ever return. I wish I got her name cause she was horrible.
