Honestly I’m appalled at the service at this location here. Every once in a while when I come here and it’s the closest to me I have bad experience with the employees today Tuesday 10/2026 at 2:57 I ordered a dragon fruit lemonade and just asked the employee if she can put a little bit more of the fruit to make it darker. I have asked this to several locations and employees and they never make a problem. They always say no worries and they do it for me, but this one Asian lady I didn’t get her name gave me an attitude and dirty looks, horrible Demeanour said “are you Sylvie” I said “no” and she’s like “well I’m making this drink for Sylvie” I said “ I understand that I’m just letting you know before you make my order” she said “that we only put one scoop and if you wanna ask for more do it add cash so they can charge you” and I said “OK never mind forget about it” after the fact that she stopped talking to another customer/friend for 15 minutes while other’s did their job and she just stood there talking to somebody else instead of doing her job while everybody was waiting in line to get their order and she didn’t help. There’s always rude employees here and this isn’t the first time. She also made my mom wait so long to get her blond Americano as if it’s the most difficult drink/order. Please do better. Plus this does not look like one scoop btw.

This location is convenient but every time I place an order on DoorDash my condiments are never included and it’s very annoying. I live about 10 minutes away and the food always arrives cold… Not impressed

Very humiliating experience
I bought 3 gift cards from this store meant to be for a birthday. It was busy at the time and the employee helping me (a tall guy) seemed a bit confused but I understand it can get hectic
However when my friends tried to use the gift cards to buy coffee the cards were empty. After checking, one card had the correct amount, the second one had a few dollars less than what we paid for and the third card wasn’t loaded at all.
This was extremely embarrassing and disappointing especially since it was meant to be for a birthday

I really hope this doesn’t happen to anyone else because this should never happen when customers are paying for gift cards.

had a very disappointing experience at this Starbucks in the afternoon. The manager on duty (a white, bald man) was noticeably rude and dismissive toward the kids who come in after school. His tone and attitude were unnecessary and made the environment uncomfortable for everyone. Customer service should be consistent, and everyone deserves to be treated with the same level of respect, regardless of age. I hope this is addressed, because it reflects poorly on the store.

Ordered pickup for the first time here today. The order was ready and correct; however, I could not find a parking spot and had to drive around the block & then sit in my car for a while and wait until someone left. I didn't know what to do... I had already paid for my order. Not the store's fault, but I don't recommend this location if you are in a rush/need to run in and out quickly.
