My Pookie bear went to starbucks today and ordered a vanilla sweet cream AND IT WAS SOUR…??? They’ve had one before at a previous location on campus but I’m highly concerned whether their ingredients are fresh and or clean… Losing faith in Starbucks… Can’t even have my husband enjoy it…

Honestly they took their sweet time making a small drink and did every order before mine even if they ordered way after me. Was a bit late to class and stood there for 20 minutes waiting on a small drink.

This is my second visit to this Starbucks location, and once again, the drinks are not being prepared and served in the order they were taken. Everyone who ordered after me received their drinks first. There needs to be some STANDARDS here. I understand this is Rexdale and Humber College, but let’s do better!
Severely understaffed. I waited 15 mins for my drink. Also they don’t make the drink correctly. Pic 1 is my brown sugar oat shaken espresso the second is what it’s supposed to look like. 7.50 for an incorrectly made drink.

This is the most Tim hortons Starbucks I’ve ever seen, their “cold brew” is obviously just yesterdays leftover coffee put into the fridge, how they justify charging $5 for actual garbage is insane, do better. The whole Starbucks brand is more expensive but better coffee than the competitors, this is just more expensive for Tim hortons quality.
