Honestly they took their sweet time making a small drink and did every order before mine even if they ordered way after me. Was a bit late to class and stood there for 20 minutes waiting on a small drink.

This is my second visit to this Starbucks location, and once again, the drinks are not being prepared and served in the order they were taken. Everyone who ordered after me received their drinks first. There needs to be some STANDARDS here. I understand this is Rexdale and Humber College, but let’s do better!

Severely understaffed. I waited 15 mins for my drink. Also they don’t make the drink correctly. Pic 1 is my brown sugar oat shaken espresso the second is what it’s supposed to look like. 7.50 for an incorrectly made drink.

This is the most Tim hortons Starbucks I’ve ever seen, their “cold brew” is obviously just yesterdays leftover coffee put into the fridge, how they justify charging $5 for actual garbage is insane, do better. The whole Starbucks brand is more expensive but better coffee than the competitors, this is just more expensive for Tim hortons quality.

They did not make my moca frappe right. Way too fluid and watered down.
This morning purchase one Coffee latte an really Its flavor was very ugly, the coffee very simple, it didn’t have enough milk, it didn’t have sugar even though I ordered it with sweet, really very bad preparation at this point, besides the person in the box didn’t let me scan my account to acquire points.
Very bad experience, I think I paid too much for a bad coffee.

Pretty good Starbucks location. Student card works here. However, run by chart well so you cannot collect stars here. If you want to collect stars you would be better off going to a different location off campus. Typically really busy. Friendly staff who will remember you at your next visit.
Dietary restrictions: Dairy free alternatives. You will be charged extra.
