I was waiting in line for about 5 minutes and there's one customer ahead of me and there were just ignoring me and when they finally finished with this customer there was another customer lined up but I was there before she was and the customer service person that was working there she said well the lineup will be here while I didn't know that you know what forget it I'm going to give you guys a bad review I am so so annoyed
You don't have to be Colombian to enjoy good coffee and you don't have to be Canadian to use your manners so welcome to Canada and welcome to Starbucks at Cloverdale Metro!??Personally I enjoy the blonde roast. I take my coffee block it is good for you like dark chocolate do not have too much caffeine as it is a drug and teach people not to stigmatize! Please be patient, it is only fast food after all!?♂️So hello coffee lovers and grocery store shoppers! The truth is customer service it is a two-way street. Customers tend to get angry and expect too much. We are all just people!☕️ ?♂️?Starbucks is a very good location if you want some good job up. You haveto remember that the average person working here is just trying to make you happy and that some Starbucks customers are too hard on people realistically!The staff here are nice and it is a small crowded location with no seating. However people should remember that this is a quick service location and not to complain if things are not perfect. Plus put away your phone and pay attention to your order with all due respect.?

I'm a loyal Starbucks customer at this location ..The girl work at 12 noon on Sunday（may 29）Very rude attitude.. She gave me an impatient expression when I told her that I want less ice in my drink..Why am I treated like this as a customer? I left angrilyI will avoid this Starbucks on Sunday
