Service was quick and staffs are friendly. Got my matcha latte in less than 5 minutes. There’s no seats directly in the metro store but you can enjoy your meal near the metro entrance. The drink was fresh and hot.

This generation is doom.
Came to this place today to pick up for an order that I place, every bagel bite, which is 15-20 min drive for me. Whe I got here, they didn’t even start my order, they weren’t even busy, workers here were just talking to themselves and on their phone. Giving attitude and what not. This should be a location where they should close down too.

I was waiting in line for about 5 minutes and there's one customer ahead of me and there were just ignoring me and when they finally finished with this customer there was another customer lined up but I was there before she was and the customer service person that was working there she said well the lineup will be here while I didn't know that you know what forget it I'm going to give you guys a bad review I am so so annoyed
