I had a terrible experience here. I gave $20 dollars for a drink that cost $7.85, but I only got $7 back in change. They never give the drinks the correct weight, they are always out of change, and it honestly feels like they are just stealing money. Very unprofessional and disappointing. If you want your money taken and overcharged with also 1 dollar extra for light ice then this is the place to go. Never again.

Tried the new waffles wow they are delicious. I have a Service Dog and I always appreciate when we are welcomed and treated with respect. The staff here was great and Finn loves his pup cup.

Deadly atmosphere, they all looks like need some espresso. Asking for none surgery iced tea, the cash employee suggested shake espresso?? End up with fruity mine tea she suggested, suprisly wait for my tea for 10 mins when they just standing around and restock... Finally got my tea, it has honey syrup in it. The barista offer to remake... Long time no Starbucks, after this, No more Starbucks... accept using bathroom

Gurleen I think was the employee who had 0 patience and wanted to start sweeping the store asking the customers to move when we were still waiting for our orders. In the end when I did get my order it was mostly ice and tasted bad. Also I did not know that Starbucks charged extra for less ice.

Horrible location not to mention lack of staff when they do have staff rude or just stupid went there today n literally 2 Spanish speakers a guy and a girl just standing there staring at me and I’m like ok just wondering when your going to say hello how can I help you nothing just blank stare fine no problem punches up my order I paid and then of course the sandwich bread is rough and sandwich isn’t warmed up properly before I even got outside sandwich was cold not coming here again to your over priced nonsense and workers who don’t give a shit
