come here in the mornings, and I love the morning people! The staff always make my day, they’re friendly, welcoming, and make everything fast and ready to go. It honestly sets such a positive tone for the rest of my morning. The atmosphere is calm and comfortable, the service is great, and the drinks are always on point. Starting my day here never disappoints.

I really enjoy this Starbucks. The atmosphere is cozy, welcoming, and quiet, which makes it a great place to relax. The servers are super friendly and actually talk to you, creating a personal, almost friendship-like vibe.

I’m honestly a bit confused by some of the other reviews — I guess some people are just more sensitive. Making a good relationship with daily customers doesn’t seem like a problem to me at all. Drinks are always made well, and the overall energy here is really positive. Definitely one of my favorite locations.

I placed an order via mobile and had anticipated it would be ready upon my arrival. However, there was an issue with the milk foam, and I was asked if I would like a replacement, which resulted in a 20-minute wait. My intention in ordering ahead was to avoid such delays and simply pick up my order. In the future, I would appreciate a call if there are any issues with my order.

They made my drink incorrectly, I don’t think they put the syrup in the iced brown sugar oat shaken espresso, also this is my bad but I wanted to make my vanilla protein latte iced but they didn’t have enough protein milk to make an iced version. I tried to call to clarify if I was tripping about the sugar in the drink.

Just get a drink from Tim hortons, same disappointment less money 😭

Easily the best Starbucks I've ever been to. The women working around 11am on weekdays are amazing! They're always so kind and have introduced me to a bunch of new faves. They are one of the few locations that actually make the drinks correctly. 10/10!

This Starbucks has disappointed us too many times to count. The only reason we go back there is because it’s convenient and there have been times when the drinks and service were great.

However, the majority of the time the drinks are truly awful, as well as the service. It’s hard to imagine that the drinks ordered from this Starbucks are the same ones they make at other locations.

There is something SERIOUSLY WRONG with their matcha drinks. They all have this weird, disgusting funky taste that I’ve never experienced at any other location. I ordered it 2 times to verify that it was intact the location and not an off drink.

Today I ordered an ice shaken espresso which tasted rancid. The coffee was sour and completely different to any other iced shaken espresso I’ve had from Starbucks before.

Staff need to be retrained on how to prepare drinks authentically.

Drinks from Starbucks aren’t cheap but you pay for what you get (usually!) Starbucks should be a great drink every time but at this location it’s a sour, weird after taste, wonky sorta drink that just makes you regret spending $5 on. I wouldn’t want to drink those for free.

Another thing to note is that the staff working there are constantly chatting and moving in slow motion. Listen, if the store isn’t busy please enjoy a nice chat with your coworker if you have nothing else to do… but when there are 5 people in line and the staff are distracted and chatting it’s wildly inappropriate and inconsiderate of customers who have other things to do besides stand around all day for drinks. This situation has happened multiple times as well and is NOT a one off.

Something else very frustrating is that the baristas literally move in slow motion. It looks like someone put a slow motion / snail filter on them SERIOUSLY. It’s just not okay. They should respect the fact that drinks are supposed to be quick at Starbucks. I’ve seen other Starbucks locations absolutely swamped with orders and still received my drinks in 5 mins.

Please retrain your staff on how to prepare drinks, how to treat customers with respect and making drinks faster. They are doing so much wrong!!

We got there 20 minutes before closing and the girl said “I need to get stuff and I haven’t taken my break” and kept repeated it with such an entitled tone. clearly she had decided to close early and made us feel like such an inconvenience how unfortunate.

My Large Java chip frappuccino was murdered. They removed the whip topping threw it away just left very little and used a flat cover, it should be a dome lid but they insisted it's the flat one. I love the whip topping but it went to waste as they scraped it away :( ... why no proper cap for the Java Chip Frappe and to think it's pricey!??
I ordered 3 Java chips and other more drinks. I love Java Chip Frappe and this the worst experience I had having this drink. I wish I can post the picture! I needed to flatten the straw to get it in the flat lid hole!! ridiculous!!!

Got there at 7:55 and wanted a hot chocolate. The barista greeted me with a smile, but when I ordered she said “I’m out of mocha syrup; we close in 5 minutes” and looked at me like I was asking for something impossible. What these two facts have to do with each other I’m not sure, but the counter was still open & she seemed ready to serve me. She didn’t offer me something else - she just didn’t want to serve me so she could close early and basically assumed I would just leave. I used to work at a Starbucks & would never have not served a customer there before close. So rude & disappointing. Just an obvious lack of desire to do her job until close. Do not recommend.

There always seems to be some grief at every Starbucks located in a Metro. On this visit I learned that they will take 200 of your hard earned stars just for a cup of brewed coffee. That's double the number that's needed for any other stand alone Starbucks.
My suggestion to Starbucks lovers, avoid Metro Starbucks and drive another 2 minutes to another one.
