Very disappointed. Today I ordered a capuchino and asked for lactose free milk. I was informed that they no longer care lactose-free milk. I ordered a regular capuchino and disappointment, the foam was very watery.

They wouldn't make a coffee even though they still had 1.5 hours left till closing time, instead they offered some older coffee that Noone would drink

Worse customer service.
The cashier did not say hello. Barely asked what I wanted. Asked if I wanted anything else, no eye contact as if I should not be there. She then put my coffee on the counter with no acknowledgement.

I will never return to this location. Never again

Hi there, just saw Andrea be extremely rude to a customer in front of me and then talk bad about him when he left to other customers. She is not a good employee.

Andrea is awful, she’s so rude to customers. Sarcastic and disrespectful. Not a good look for the store, recommend replacing this employee for a better customer experience.

The store baristas aren’t friendly, or aware of company policies for a refill. Too sad to be denied a refill despite being a regular. The baristas need better training!

The team is incredible. Seeing the manager and owner/lead involved in orders is amazing.

Love the different playlists that are chosen depending on the day.

Dietary restrictions: Drinks are easily modified. Food has ingredients readily available and readable on the packages.

Watch out when you get orders for take out and make sure you check your drink right away, they forgot to add cream, espresso etc..they messed up the 2 drinks i ordered -_-
