The staff staff is overall nice. However, the manager was horrible and charged me more for a custom drink.
I had historically always ordered the same drink and they charged 6.65 for it. When the manager was there, he insisted to charge 7.78 and said that was the online price.
Later in the day, I tried ordering online and the price was 6.65.
Such a shame, when you have awesome staff but the manager ruins the customer experience.

Awesome service, both workers were friendly and efficient. Coffee and sandwiches came out super hot! Not much of an area for seating but the hotel lobby is nice and bright.

The two people working at around 10am on November 8th were excellent! It seemed like one person was very experienced and the other was a bit more fresh, as there was maybe some training going on. They were both friendly and super efficient!

Service is really bad on this location. The girl who works here today and made our drink doesn’t know what a customer service is. She was giving me attitude while we were ordering. I just wanted my iced pumpkin chai just made with breve, and clearly she didn’t understand that. She went on “okay so you like with this and this and this” and I told her, yes just replace the milk with breve. And she replied with “ok” with attitude. How can starbucks hire someone with this type of attitude? Starbucks known with a great customer service, please review your employee truly.

one of the baristas looked like hell! she had so many orders/drinks on her hand whiles the other barista was not helping her! there was so much mess and splashes of everything everywhere! the service could definitely do better

Slowest service ever when there were no other orders ahead of me. Ridiculous.
I had ordered a venti drink and had paid over 10 dollars, then they made me a grande and the lady was very rude when I asked her to remake it and didn’t even end up giving me my venti. The order taker also didn’t even say hello or anything before I ordered. I myself am a Starbucks partner and have never experienced such disappointing Starbucks experience. Do better.

Coffee is good, but they can improve alot.
I used to drink coffee everyday. I really like other brands. I wanted to try on Starbucks, but Genuinely it is good.

Extremely Disappointed – Will Never Return
I’m a frequent Starbucks customer and have never had such a terrible experience. This location charged me $4 more than what I usually pay for the same drink at other stores. On top of that, they actually charged me for extra foam—something I’ve never been billed for before. It’s absolutely ridiculous and feels like they’re just trying to squeeze every penny out of customers. Pathetic pricing. I’ll never come back here and certainly won’t recommend this location to anyone.
Just brutal. Waited 15 mins for something to get heated up, still came back half frozen. I only had one person in front of me who ordered the exact same thing, and hers came out great!
