Extremely Disappointed – Will Never Return
I’m a frequent Starbucks customer and have never had such a terrible experience. This location charged me $4 more than what I usually pay for the same drink at other stores. On top of that, they actually charged me for extra foam—something I’ve never been billed for before. It’s absolutely ridiculous and feels like they’re just trying to squeeze every penny out of customers. Pathetic pricing. I’ll never come back here and certainly won’t recommend this location to anyone.

Just brutal. Waited 15 mins for something to get heated up, still came back half frozen. I only had one person in front of me who ordered the exact same thing, and hers came out great!

Worst service on this starbucks. I would not recommend anyone spending money in this starbucks. Taste is not the same as other starbucks, and they don't even greet their customer.
I used to buy coffee at this place a couple of times in a week. I went today to get coffee and saw a promotion for red, reusable cups with a holiday drink. After getting hodiday drink, manager refused to give the cup and started lying on the face that the pumpkin spice latte was not a holiday drink.
I called in customer care to find out.
They said I should go back and let them talk to the manager. I will file a complaint against this store for my worst experience just for a cup that might not be worth a dollar.
Very bad customer service. Never even visiting this place.

Stsying at the Doubletree Hotel and so lucky to have a Starbucks in my hotel. Food quality of what to be expected from Starbucks with lightning fast service and they accept orders ahead thru the Starbucks app too!

Parking: Free for 15 minutes

Kid-friendliness: Kids friendly, it’s Starbucks!

Wheelchair accessibility: First floor of hotel so easy access

I have been coming here for the past 3 years 2-3 times a week and almost every single day they are open 15-20 minutes past their opening time, which is 6am.

This doesn’t happen on an odd occasion it quite literally happens every day of the week and correct me if I’m wrong, but isn’t that stealing company time?

Anyways, today I finally had it because their excuse for the past 3 years of opening 20 minutes past the hour is that someone is in “training”

It’s so common that every time I’m there someone who is also waiting complains and leaves

Today this man abruptly left because it was 6:16 and they were still not open. The man was extremely frustrated (as he should be) and complained to the front desk and left.

So I did the same. I know the hotel is not associated with Starbucks but it’s quite ridiculous that this is an everyday issue…lo and behold they agreed as well.

They apologized and said someone is in training and I said for 3 years?! This has been the same excuse .

I’m almost over the fact that they aren’t open in time for me to get my coffee but what makes me more angry is that they are being paid to open past 6am and nobody is actually working!

I worked at Starbucks for 7 years and if this ever happened at me store corporate would have had these people fired instantly.

Supposed to be open at 6AM, went there to get drink at 6:30AM , the doors still closed . Rude staff. It is obviously badly managed branch. There are similar reviews of them closing early and opening late. You want to have bad day buy your drink here.

Heading to Pearson Airport early in the morning to pick up my daughter, I needed a quick coffee fix, especially with her plane being delayed. I noticed there was a Starbucks just two kilometers away, located inside the DoubleTree Hotel. Despite the gated parking, Starbucks offers free 30-minute parking, which was super convenient. It allowed me to go in, order my coffee, and be back on the road without any hassle. If I had wanted to stay longer, they also validated parking. The atmosphere was exceptionally clean, and the service was incredibly friendly and swift. We got our coffees and lattes quickly and were back to the airport in no time.

Highly recommend stopping by this Starbucks inside the DoubleTree Hotel if you're looking for a great coffee shop near the airport!

Not an ideal location. We had our parking validated and it did not work as we tried to leave. We had to call security to let us out. Also, there is a 30 minute parking limit which is absurd. I can appreciate wanting to limit the number of outside customers, but for those that do come, they should obviously have the option of staying longer than 30 minutes.

When I tried to turn off of Dixon and into the parking lot to visit Starbucks, I was confronted with a gate and pay console. So I drove away.
