Terrible service. While I was in line, one of the girls said she would help me, then made me leave the line and walked away without serving me. One of the guys noticed, but when I asked for a strawberry lemonade, he said he only had a very small one because he didn't have any strawberries. For goodness sake, it was 12:30 in the afternoon and they didn't even have syrup to make juice. Awful service, what a disappointment.
At least they could have given me another option or offered something better, but oh well, they don't care. Terrible customer service.

Very busy and my order took forever. I saw barista make half then started foam machine walked away and made 3 more orders after foam was done. I had to advise 2nd barista my beverage was sitting half complete
