Been coming here for a few years now and have never once had a negative experience. The staff are on top of everything and on the rare occasion that there's been a mistake with my order they have gone over and beyond to rectify it. Highly recommend coming here if in the area :)

This Starbucks is my go-to for years. They handle rushes like pros.
Specifically there is one male supervisor barista (black apron) who is so nice and is amazing at multi tasking (talking to customers, making drinks, managing staff etc.)
The baristas here always go above and beyond for their jobs🙌

Just ordered a matcha latte. The lathe did not come with customary art work aka design of the leaf. I inquired with Lauren,on the plain latter. She said that it is only done on the cold brew. I thought . Its alright and left it alone. But then found on Starbucks site that it as dine on the hot latte as well … which was my order. I nicely showed it to Lauren , who was insistent that it it could just be a photo , I showed her that it was from the Starbucks site, she then insisted that Starbucks do not do art work and it is more of a non obligation for Starbucks. I said … ok, not wanting to go further. It would have been nice for Starbucks to avoid False Advertising. I guess my expectations were far too high. Thats what i get from an American company ….

Very spacious. Not a whole lot of parking space in comparison to the interior. Perfect for walking distance and temporary stop waiting for someone.

I was in the store recently and overheard a conversation between a customer and one of the employees, Octavio. I didn’t catch the whole story, but what I did hear was Octavio speaking very loudly and in a rude, mocking way toward the customer. At one point, he even told them to go spend their money at another store instead of here.

Even without knowing the full context, it came across as unprofessional and made the atmosphere uncomfortable for people nearby. Customers shouldn’t have to listen to that kind of behavior while they’re just trying to enjoy their coffee.

I hope this is addressed, because from the outside it really didn’t look or sound like the level of service people expect from Starbucks.

This Starbucks is conveniently close to my workplace, making it a go-to spot year-round. I usually grab a Hot Chocolate in the winter and switch to an Iced Chai Latte during the summer — both always refreshing and consistent with what you'd expect from Starbucks. The customer service here is also excellent; the staff are friendly and quick.

One downside: there's no drive-thru, and parking can be a bit of a hassle, especially during busy hours. Still, it's a reliable location for a quick pick-me-up.
