i had a issue with a cup i bought at the store i went and got the best service i have ever had anywhere. they listened to the issue i had and helped me right away. great customer service. love my daily trips to this Location thank you to every employee and manager at this Location. they always make me feel welcomed
Just had a coffee and it was way too sour. Seriously, it tasted awful, like something was off. They really need to clean their machines. Maybe they need to recalibrate them too. It's not hard to make a decent cup of coffee.
today the seller charged me for coffee which I usually order at double the price, I think he was on some drugs. try to be more attentive, if possible order through the app, as sellers can often advise you poorly as they don't care, but I would recommend that the management of this establishment more closely monitor the condition of the employees

I got obsessed with this place. It is beautiful and clean inside. They gave my order too soon. Also the reason I wrote this review, kind and friendly people that they are working here. Love this place.
Good team in general except from one guy who is seemingly Indian looking. Judging from the past few times I received services from him. The way he talk was bossy as if he wanted to educate me. Maybe it’s just he’s way of talking but it leaves me feeling uncomfortable as if I did something wrong every time.
Ordered a venting latte, got grande coffee with watered down worm milk. Still got charged for larger drink
When you sign up on you, you're phone and download the app and you connect your bank card if you're ATD. Person, you automatically get six hundred stars to start, and a hundred stars can get you an extra large or whatever that thing is called venti for free, and I love that they start you off with that little promotion
It seems that they are giving smaller and smaller beverages. I ordered large cappuccino and received small in large cap and that is not first time .
DOESN’T MATTER WHAT SIZE YOU TAKE IT TURN INTO SMALL SIZE BUT THE PRICE IS DIFFERENT, OFF COURSE
I can’t believe how disappointed and frustrated I am right now. All I asked for was two waters—just two simple cups of water—and somehow, the Starbucks employees failed to deliver on that incredibly basic request. It’s honestly baffling to me how such a simple task could be overlooked or ignored, especially when customer service is supposed to be a priority. I was expecting nothing more than a straightforward, effortless fulfillment of my request, yet instead, I was met with either incompetence, forgetfulness, or just plain disregard for my order. It’s not even about the water itself at this point—it’s the principle of the matter. When you go to an establishment, no matter how big or small, you expect a certain level of attentiveness and care, and today, that expectation was completely shattered. It’s disappointing on so many levels because it makes me wonder: if something as basic as providing water can’t be handled correctly, what does that say about the overall reliability of the service? I walked in expecting a simple, pleasant experience, but instead, I walked out feeling ignored, unimportant, and honestly, kind of sad.
