Terrible loyalty program. They pointlessly expire stars so I've never been able to save up enough for a coffee before points expire. I have never heard of any other loyalty program expiring points.

I've actually been to this location in person and it's great! Friendly service & I've never had any issues in store. I recently had a coworker order via Uber Eats from this location and initially I was worried about the packaging but my order was put together so perfectly and even had our names written on it with a heart! So cute. Everything was paid attention to down to ensuring my drink didn't spill in the bag. I will definitely order again because of how much care and attention was put into my order.
