I met with an amazing barista named Femina! She was very approachable and made me feel very comfortable and welcomed! Totally worth the visit and I highly recommend going here!

They sell coffe yet, have no microwave nor wl steam your beverage.not done.u pay 10 bucs & have to drink ur beverage cold,minus marks Starbucks .you should solely sell cold coffe only.highly displeased

the girl maureen who's working here don't deserve to work in starbucks i went there as a delivery guy and i ask about the order she said ask the girl who is on the counter she should work there like a team and don't say ask her that's very disrespectful all the other guys are so humble and hardworking

I find this location a bit too busy to work or have a conversation and their food inventory is not the greatest.

HOWEVER, I have to give a shout out to Paola. They didn't have what I ordered on the app and she went above and beyond with her customer service.

She was sweet, respectful, apologized a million times and solved my problem.

BE CAUTIOUS BUYING GIFTCARDS FROM HERE. Family purchased gift cards for thanksgiving for other family members and they had sold us already used gift cards. Did nothing about it and made us call head office which is the most frustrating situation. Creating more work for us, the customer, instead of being a customer first organization. Sad to see this side of Starbucks.

This location is so horrible they actually have turned my off from Starbucks in general. Their service is so bad, food is stale and over done and any iced drink tastes like water. This has happened on multiple occasions.

Expect to wait 20 min for a coffee. Location to busy preparing UberEats orders to serve customers!

This location is not great. If you ask for decaffeinated, they will give you caffeinated, and if you ask for lactose free they will often use the wrong milk by mistake. Oh, and if there is anything wrong with your drink, be prepared to be given an unnecessary amount of sass and attitude. Riddle me this: How is it the customers fault that the drink is messed up??

Awful service overall, avoid this location.
My wife and I stopped coming here a few months ago because there are better Starbies locations elsewhere in the city. Try Dundas & Royal York!

Very friendly staff and very efficient service. Stopped by this Starbucks regularly for my morning coffee. Also opens up relatively early in the day which is always a plus point for the early birds.

I walked in with a friend to grab some coffee. After placing our order, I noticed the gentleman behind the counter was new and having trouble processing it. He called over Bibe, who was working on the floor, to assist. When she came over, I joked sarcastically, 'Are you the one giving us the coffee for free?' To my surprise, she responded with unnecessary attitude.
