I placed an online order for the sandwich here yesterday and I requested to grill the sandwich and they did it. Once I reached in my car and opened the sandwich, the paper cover was completely sticked on the bread. Upon going inside and asking about it, the staff rudely answered that you only ask to grill the sandwich and if we grill it, paper sticks everytime. Just to let you know I've been eating Subway sandwiches since I was a kid and never happened before. I am attaching the photos and videos of the sandwich just to aware people. If we grilled the sandwich everytime, that doesn't mean we have to eat paper. Ended up with throwing it and Wasted Money.

Not all fast food is created equally. This subway location has always provided friendly efficient service and the food is always fresh. Staff members take time to handle your order with care. Shout out to Pearl for handling even my strangest requests and being there for my late night runs. Her smile always brightens my day. If you're looking for a quick meal with a smile they got you covered.

I loved this place i was a regular customer..as it is near my workplace, but never visiting there again. I tried to go there again as i know all of us have bad days so sometime we r just stressed, but i only got dissppointed again and again, finally i m never going here ahain it used be a nice place with people smiling and greeting you nicely, now uts just rude and angry people working there. i hope the lady named pearl will learn some etuquites and customer service skills…no need to be rude to people without any reason…just one suggestion serve people with a smile on your face.

Damn rude staff a lady was serving me arguing in every thing sub was very dry never gonna go there again. I eat sub for daily basis but never had that bad sub didn’t had sauces at all .

Pathetic staff named shyna very rude disagreed to scan the coupons from the app, it has less veggies never gonna come here and just asked for just 1 sub sauce. I can be wrong but not all customers .

Not even deserve 1 star rating damn rude staff they don’t even know how to behave with customers. lady named Shyna served us had zero sense of behaviour was rude acting like she knows ever But knew nothing even was arguing in everything and the bread was grilled to much pathetic food won’t recommend any body to go there

There was some glitch with my Subway coupon (buy 2 get 1 free), as the cash register didn’t recognize it. But not using the coupon didn’t sit well with me, as I went out of my way to come here so that I could use the coupon. It was a valid, legit coupon.
Once the two workers realized I wasn’t happy, they tried their best to fix the issue. They even got the owner of the franchise on the phone who is a very decent man and he authorized the deal.
The two ladies who work there were excellent. They were kind and helpful, and they made great subs. I can’t thank them enough, and also the owner. Solid guy who did the right thing.
Subway should be proud to be represented by good people like them. Riya and Shamayla? Sorry if I got the names wrong. They went out of their way to provide top-notch customer service and I would highly recommend them.

Produce is old and browning. I wanted cucumbers, green peppers and lettuce but they were all looking very aged and sickly so I went with onions and tomato.
