If I mention about associate (Harsh) is very friendly and helpful. I don’t eat egg and he suggested me which are eggless sauce. Really happy to get this kind of service.

Whenever I tried to order veggie patty sub I always got same answer of Out of stock for veggie patty. Nobody is really care about customer needs.

I’m from walking distance neighbourhood. New employees don’t pay attention on online orders. What’s requested less, regular or more, forget even something requested like roasted onion, salt & pepper, if we remind, they say added. They put dressing like half spoon in footlong sub.

Whoever runs this Subway should actually not run a Subway. I paid 50 bucks in total (with delivery), they didn't cut my sub properly, it was cold, and they hardly even loaded it at all. I had to take 4 good looks to make sure it's right. Subway is good but it depends on the location. Basically like Burger King. AVOID THIS ESTABLISHMENT!!!

I ordered a sub this morning at 5:40 and came to pick it up. The worker seemed very unhappy and unhygienic while making my sub. I asked him to change his gloves, and although he did, he did so rudely without saying a word. At the end, he used a knife to adjust sub toppings that was extremely dirty and even wiped it on the garbage bin.
I was shocked and didn’t want to create a scene that early in the morning, so I just walked away with my sub. But I truly don’t understand how someone like this gets hired or why proper training isn’t provided. I’m really disappointed and will never visit this Subway again.

Horrible service by ANGAD! He did not know anything, i asked him to customize the sub which he denied saying “ i make it everyday , i know better” plus he does not follow instructions, adds wrong sauces . I feel bad for the other lady working with him as she was handling 4 customers at a time while this guy was just roaming around knowing nothing.

I am writing to share my recent experience at your store. I encountered an employee who I believe may be new. I do not know his name, but he is bald, which might help in identifying him.
Unfortunately, his behavior was extremely rude and unprofessional. I have visited your store many times before and have never had an issue with any staff member until now. This individual’s attitude was unacceptable and made me feel very uncomfortable.
I kindly request that you look into this matter seriously. Such behavior affects the store’s welcoming environment and customer trust. I hope you take appropriate action to ensure this does not happen again.

I saw a lot of bugs and moths flying around the meat and veggies. Really disappointed.
I took the video of it, since reviews cant upload videos, i m sharing the pictures.
1 star for food-The bread was not fresh at all, it felt like as we are eating a sqiushy material. Management should look into it and provide fresh bread at least.
4 star for service- employees were humble.
4 star for location- clean.
Is it that hard to make a sandwich?
Owner’s son wasn’t very friendly at customer service. Kinda disappointed with the atmosphere & rude attitude. Even the sauces were put more on one side & little on the other.
