I ordered two footlongs and both came with limited quantity of ingredients and sauces. For one of them, they missed a few ingredients and the sandwich just tasted like bread.

I just visited and ordered two footlongs with more sauce with grilled and toasted, what she did she put two sauces (very slight layer of it)only though i selected 4, and gave me without grilling it. When I opened it I saw it has tomatoes and i selected No tomatoes cause I’m allergic to it, I just threw my order and cause it has zero taste cause no sauce was there. Worst experience ever, I will think thrice before ordering subway cause of this type of food. This is the first time I’m giving a review cause their bad service made me do so.

Lady deny to grill, she said all sause will come out and it's very hard to clean griller. Well i don't think there is a policy to say no if there are little more sauces . Date 23rd October 2024 time 9:55pm. Please advise your staff.

Recently i visited this store and asked for job vacancy.He was too rude. I think he should be trained for good customer service so he would get know about how to deal with customers.???
The guy working there is so rude. Didn’t even welcomed nicely and was not customer freindly at all.
