We had a very bad experience. The staff was very rude and they always have nothing in stock. Everytime we had to eat according to them. Waste of money.

I had the worst service experience of my life at this Subway location. The staff was rude, unprofessional, and seemed completely uninterested in helping me. I felt completely disrespected throughout my entire visit.
I honestly feel like I just wasted money. Very disappointing, and I won’t be coming back.

I’m truly disappointed with the service at this location. On two different visits, I had an unpleasant experience due to a staff member’s rude and unprovoked behavior. It really affected my visit, and I believe it would be beneficial for the management to review the staff's conduct to improve the overall customer experience.

If I could give 0 stars that's exactly what I'd give. On November 25 2024 both my daughter and I were in the emergency area of the hospital. She went looking for food and realized they didn't have what i requested. While the lady took my daughter's order, my daughter called to ask if I wanted something else and told me she was getting a 6" sub i said just make it a foot long and we can share as it's a bit cheaper. The lady said she'd have to change for 2x 6" sub i said ask why as she hasn't taken another order and she still had the other half. Her response "cause you didn't request that from the beginning" my issue is she then proceeded to give the next customer a footling with each half being different and cut into 2. That doesn't make sense. I requested the store # to find out if this was policy, just to be met with ignorance and rudeness. On top of which the bread was rock hard. Absolutely disappointed with this location and their staff. Have compassion, kindness and respect. If I was rude I would have been denied server, but it's ok to be rude to someone paying?!? Do better ladies your in a hospital!!!

Vegetarian options: So basically I usually come here but the employees working here are so rude and don’t know how to attend their customers. I think they need to change their staff as the current staff working have no manners and are very arrogant.

After watching the lady make a customer's sub in ultra slow motion, stopping mid way for a chat with another staff member, I feel sorry for whoever owns this store! I left empty handed. No sub for me ?

I cam here on 23/july/2024, guy was very rude didnt knw what is customer service….bud u choose to come to canada nobody force u…. So work properly otherwise quit…lots of people waiting for jobs…..we pay for food and ur salary…mf

Got a drink here a few hours ago. No issue. Happened to by pass the place again a few hours later because I needed an napkin and they tried telling me I can't take it. I literally came here a few hours ago & now they are trying to be cheap & argue with me over a napkin. How cheap and petty are they? They represent Humber and act obnoxious & hostile for someone taking a napkin? Clearly they lack professionalism & require more training. I'm surprised they misbehave so badly. Seems like they don't want anyone's business. Definitley not ever returning here again.

The ladies there are useally really nice to me, but there's this one man there who spoke to me very rudely. I asked him nicely if he could change his gloves because I didn't want anything cross contaminated and he first shook his head no. Then I explained why and he raised his voice at me saying that he would change them but "what do I want." In a very rude voice. I also saw him speaking with an attitude to other customers aswell

Very rude server. Lingered for several minutes without making eye contact. Then walked away to the back to laugh with co workers. Returned and screamed at me what do you want after I already requested my order. Very rude and unprofessional. Will not be returning. Tried to call the manger on my cell twice no one answered the phone.
